It was really nice, close to everything. We only stayed one night, we wanted to see whales and was recommended to go to the island and visit the national park! The front desk was really nice Brena.

Earthbox is an awesome hotel. Location is perfect and so convenient for shopping and dining. Beautiful rooms and lovely pool. Staff are top notch!

Pet friendly. Good climate control.
Although a shower head was installed, there was no valve to divert water above the tub basin faucet. Thus, no shower.
The bathroom sink faucet baseplate moved across the sink area. Dooming disaster. Needs caulking.
Faceplates surrounding light switches and electrical outs need to be cleaned with disinfectant
Good landscaping maintenance. Beautiful gardens spread throughout the super large property

Room needs to be cleaned with sanitizer. Light switch plates dirty
Shower doesn't work. Bathroom sink faucet loose, needs to be caulked
