Staff was very helpful and kind. Check in was very easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Good set up for a single person stay. Felt safe and secure in the room and on the property. Well lite, open and large parking lot. Couple places to sit outside with shelter. Within a mile of a Walmart and Target. Couple of chain restaurants and some local ones close by. Dunkin up the road and easy access to highway.

A rare, pleasant surprise.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for couple years now during the North American Livestock Expo and it’s 3 miles down the interstate which it is very convenient. Good breakfast, clean, staff very welcoming, and good value for us.

Nice hotel in not so nice area!

The property itself is nice. The location is a little on the “not so great” side of town. Also not a fan of how much these hotels increase their rates during big events. If I were to schedule this room a week later it would be 150-200 less for the same trip. All of them do it so it’s not just this hotel.

Not worth what we spent

We’ve stated here before without any issue. This time was disappointing. The road noise from the interstate was absolutely horrible. We had a reservation for 3 and only had towels for 2. No bedding for the hide a bed. The bottle of conditioner in the shower was empty and maybe 4 Kleenex’s before the box was empty. The cold water was shut off to the sink, but fortunately the valve was accessible so we could turn it back on. Not sure how safe it was, but there was a basic household extension cord under / to the side of the bed. The place was clean and had a decent selection for breakfast

Location, it was close to MATS show which I was supposed to attend for three days.

Hotel room was just OK, we cleaned few surfaces, it was very plain, nothing special, rooms didn't look exactly how displayed in photos online. Our sleep was interrupted throughout the entire night and in spite of informing front desk nothing was done about it. If you want to feel like you're sleeping at the bus station, this is your place. Our trip was cut short because of that. I was supposed to attend and work MATS vendor stand but I was unable to find another hotel, therefore I was forced to return to MI much earlier than expected. No partial refund was offered.

Some what enjoy

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was. I was very pleased with the breakfast bar. I enjoyed how clean everything was.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Just because they installed a microwave and mini fridge, doesn't count as a suit. Picture of the pool show it to be indoors, however it was not. The location is not a safe area.
