Need a refund: Health Department might shutdown

Ansolutely nothing. This property is a health hazard and looks and smells like it should be condemned from the extremely hazardous and unhealthy conditions.

I killed 6 bugs in my room in 5 minutes time: thats almost one bug per minute! TherE WAS NO WAY i could sleep in that room on that bed at 60 bugs per hour speed! The first room woulsnt even let us in- door jammed shut next to broken windows. Stairs are an ADA walking violation of loaded potential law suits and hurt people- the stair heights are not the same posing a fall risk. The ice machine doesnt work so you get an unwashed hand to bag up some ice for you unsealed. And dont DARE visit this place when its cold outside because they are open to admit they havent had heat on for a while while they offer u a hazardous fire risk via portable space heaters with your $5 security deposit. No response from booking.com nor the manager per my reasonable requested refund. Would you stay amd sleep in this place or pay for this type of hazardous health risk once in a lifetime is too many experience? Then why should I have to? Please return some or all of my money. I mormally dont complain but booking.com would be a better company if they would STOP representing such a filthy run down risky place.

My buggy roommates. I had to get spray at Walmart. (Roaches, not bedbugs, thankfully) No breakfast and pool out (probably seasonal reasons).

It was dirty. The check in counter smelled like cat pee. The accommodations were wrong. I was supposed to have two beds and there was one full. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled so strongly of cigarettes and Marijuana that I wouldn't even let my asthmatic son walk through the door. There are no refunds, so I just had to eat the money I spent and pay for new accommodations. This was the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in.

Just a plain nightmare

Well for one thing I was told I couldn't not stay there right after I had already paid and the owner said I couldn't be refunded and I just calmly asked why when I have never in my life been to this mans crappy shitty roach Infested rooms so guess what I took several roaches home with me to have to call out a exterminator to bomb my whole house, so if there was ever a worser place then this place, lets just say I would not book a room there for my dog to stay

A very good place to stay in a centralized location with reasonable room prices.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The staff both morning and night was very helpful. In plan to stay there again when my wife and I go see a play at the Derby Dinner Playhouse.

This was the worst place ever, roaches, stains on bed, covers, the mattress pad was showing. Should be banned from staying there. They gave us a heater when we got there. I just wanted a hot shower and a place to rest my head cause our water heater was out. The place was not a place anyone should stay. We didn't stay in that room 5 mins I was mortified and I have pictures.. I can't believe y'all wouldn't give someone there money back it's bazzling

Nightmare

I liked nothing. The room was horrible with a very bad smell it was a nightmare for me. I can't recommend it.

I booked online with Book.com, I called the hotel before getting there, and they told me that they had to refund me because there was no room for me. I was so upset they gave me a dirty room with cocroaches everywhere 😩 I had a terrible headache because I kept on waking up by noises around the facility
