Terrible, Sleepless night in very uncomfortable bed

The tub was dirty. The towels provided were the size of hand towels. The staff was rude. The tv could only be operated by remote but the room had no remote.

There was no cover/blanket on the bed. There was noise all night long. The bed was too soft to the extend you had difficulty getting out if bed because you sank down in it.

I rented it for a friend when he got there they wanted 100 security deposit ..my receipt that i paid in full said when get to motel your balance is 0 . ..that wasnt the case ..they wouldnt let me pay over phone with my card the deposit if he had a cash app card i to send money to pay for it when we didnt have one he told my friend to get off the property. .my friend walked with his dog 5 mile in the freezing cold did get to stay ...the man stood out there a made sure he left and he and dog slept out in the freezing cold that night had nowhere to go..people are rude and dont care for other human beings . ..alot of people these days are down on there luck.. u people with money looks at them people like they beneath them ..we all are humans that have feel and hearts just ones with money there hearts are black .... God dont like ugly ...people just need to remember that..just saying

Nothing the staff is horrible and disrespectful! They put you in a pet room and expect you not to get anything on there white sheets and then keep your entire deposit!!! Not to mention they are rude as hell!

The suite was infested with cockroaches. There was a strong smell of acetate, indicating a probable leak in the A/C coolant and large pools of water covered the floor inside the suite under the A/C from condensation.

The location was terrible. I know it is where it is. But bad part of town. Passed the line of homeless and heroin addict to get in the lot. Passed a room that smelled like drugs on the way to the office. Staff lied to my face about weather or not they could cancel my reservation.

Terrible hassle at 2 am over dogs

The listing is advertised as being welcoming to pets. The reviews said “no extra charge” for pets. This is why I chose this hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that there was $100 deposit for dogs. My sister was the guest, and I had made the reservation from home as she drove. She travels for a living with her dogs. There was NO front desk person, just a live video on a kiosk. My sister was treated very badly, at 2 am, after driving for 10 hours. Do better, Booking.com.

Absolute joke.

Nothing to be desired

The manager stole $60 from me. Wasn’t in the room five minutes it was so filthy. Requested a full refund four times, he maintains the lie that he approved the refund. Meanwhile booking.com got no response from him. Do not stay here.

Worth it for the price and if you’re traveling with a dog!

I thought for the price and location it was really good, yes is it kinda rough and in a bad environment yes but the room was clean for the most part and I didn’t feel unsafe at all. I also love how you get two Small dogs or one large dog to stay for free! That right there is worth everything! The room didn’t even smell like they’re pet friendly like other places but they are! I also like that the room is hard floors not carpet!

The only thing I could think was bad was the bathroom had some normal wear and tear and then the Ice machine is all the way in the back outside so if you’re on the top floor you have to walk a little bit

The room was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke and there was cockroaches (live and dead) in the bathroom. In no way are the photos reflective of the motel.

Scam

The hotel is decent, and the location is good

I have stayed at the hotel at different occations and never had a problem, but as of now I have not gotten my 100 deposit back & it has been at least 12 days, I tried to get ahold of the hotel ans no one is reaching back out. There was not a single damage done to the room!! Such a rip off and not professional. I feel like I could have stayed at a way nicer hotel if I would have known I was going to have to experience this scneario!! Still do hope I can get my money back.

Good for a one to two night stay

The room was clean and nice ! It was great to be close the KFC Yum center . Beds were comfy what i didn’t like - there was no elevator , outside was creepy at night . There was a homeless person sleeping on the side of the building under the stairs

Two hours past check in they still didn't have the room ready. There's a line out the door of local homeless that have gathered enough money to stay for the night I was offered to buy both drugs and sex in the parking lot. Many people hanging out in the parking lot I liked nothing about this motel.... didn't atay

It was a fresh remodel, clean hard wood floors, nice tv mini fridge and microwave. The young couple at the office I think had just taken over the motel, Mohid and his wife were very friendly and tried to be helpful as much as they could be being new to area
