fine but not for the price I was billed.

Everything was fine until my card was charged $50 dollars higher then what my booking says and can't get anyone to talk to on the phone.

being charged $50 over what my booking says and no one will take my call. The lady at the front desk had printer issues and could not print me a copy of my bill. She said she would have her supervisor send me it in my email. never got it and now over sharged.

The King Suite we booked was suddenly unavailable when we arrived and my family of 6 had to stay in 2 single rooms. People had to sleep on the dirty floor… they discounted the rooms, and the staff was kind but the whole scene was just unfortunate. My kids wanted to visit the pool so I took them and there was no “closed” sign at the door..but my key card wouldn’t open it. so I asked at the desk and she said it was just closed. The whole stay was so disappointing.

It’s hard to justify staying at a candlewood again with this experience

Plenty of gym equipment and washer/dryer setup

Staff got my room incorrect a number of times and even started by giving me access to a room somebody else already was living in which was very embarrassing then giving me a room that had a queen studio instead of a king bedroom

Booked room, but when I got there, they were sold out

The staff tried to find room for my family at a sister hotel down the road.

I booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds. Got to hotel within the hour and hotel was sold out of 2 double beds. They had to cancel my stay.

Friendly staff. Comfy room.

The night shift man was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The $50 incidental charge was not listed anywhere in the description when I booked through Booking.com. At checkout, I asked when it would be released. The woman said it would be released as soon as I checked out, but it may take a few days to return. 4 days later, the charge is still pending. All my other purchases from that day have been processed.

The floor of my original room was covered in thousands of dead ants. I informed the front desk and they gave me a new room, but it wasn't the same type of room I had reserved/paid for.

Nice room for the price

These room were nicely set up. We only had to stay for one night, but we come into this area often and stay for several days and this was reasonably priced and will probably stay again when in town. They put me a handicap room when I have no special needs, regular room would have been better

I have great concern for your employees. I am usually up late and I checked your snack section. I soon realized that you had a staff of 1. I am a 30 year law enforcement officer. You deal with hundreds of people a day that you really have no idea what they are capable of and the danger such a large company would place an employee.

The check in was easy and so was checkout. The staff was friendly kind and efficient. John engaged with conversation about why I was there and said to let them know if there was anything I needed. I felt safe which was important since I was traveling alone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of information given to make our stay pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a late check in and she still made sure to let us know about everything available to us while we stayed there.

Staff could of been friendly. Also at the front desk. It smelt like someone smoking in the hallway. Which it was supposed to no smoking. It smelt like Long John Silver in the room.

I inquired about a pet fee. Got now answer and then there was one. For the general drabness and lack of services of the place, the price is too high. There are better options literally across the street.

It seems they have a built-in morning alarm. 2 days in a row the fire alarm went off. Tuesday was about 4:30am. One guy said we are moving hotels
