Not up to Hampton Inn standards

Location was perfect for our traveling needs.

The desk clerk was more interested in her phone than in us. There was a barking unleashed dog on property chasing customers. When we reported it, she said it was just from the neighborhood, which didn't address my concern. She finally dragged her eyes away from her phone long enough to thank me for information but then went back to phone. The breakfast bar was the worst one I've ever seen at a Hampton Inn.

Everything was great except for being so far the from the lobby.

We text them both of us were disabled. They said they will try to make arrangements, but they never did. The room we got was on the third floor at the furthest room from the elevator.

Another Great Stay!

What a great stay. Things appear to be back on track because the breakfast options were available for special diets etc and the staff is always friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. It’s always clean inside and out and I’ve never had an issue with any part of my room. It’s just a great place to stay and I travel there for business and it’s been my choice for 8 years now.

It was a long 12 hour driving day and we were received at Hampton Inn Clarksville with a smiling, kind, helpful woman. Our beds were soooo comfortable and the entire room was sparkling clean. Thank you!

A bit pricy for no indoor pool and an average breakfast offering.

Easy access location, very clean with friendly staff.

No indoor pool, breakfast was average at best. On fourth floor, so a lot of up and down elevator time. For the price we paid, thought everything would've been a lot better, at least the breakfast. Biscuits and gravy is fine, but should've also had eggs/sausages/bacon of some combination like everyone else has. I could've spent half the price somewhere else for a simple breakfast and no pool, but I booked this thinking it would wow my wife. It didn't! She ate a banana for breakfast....

The room was clean... the staff was nice and very friendly. The breakfast was great. Lots of choices. I will definitely use This hotel again in the future.. I needed a place to stay for my son's wedding weekend. To relax and get ready, I'm glad I chose this location
