Our room was right by the elevator so nonstop noise from the elevator. Very disappointing.

Comfortable and affordable. It was a greay stay!

My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last couple of years. Its a great place to stay with great staff. I might suggest some larger bowls in the cabinets and maybe a frying pan as well. Overall great place to stay.

Property seemed pretty runned down. Drawers broken on dresser, bathroom not properly cleaned. Staff was friendly

The hotel is located in a very convenient area with plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly; the room was spacious and clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. I enjoyed working out in the gym. Plenty of parking; appeared to be a safe and quiet area.

Booked a 1 room suite and it ended up being accessible. We are not handicapped the description never stated that as well. We asked to moved to a regular room they said since we set up through Hotels.com we couldnt move. That is a ridiculous rule if it really is one just because you use Hotels.com to schedule your stay. Then to make matters worse the bedroom had what loomed like blood on curtain and carpet. Maybe someone was murdered?? Fpr the price we had to pay to have to accept what we got was ridiculous. CANDLEWOOD CLEAN THAT ROOM, DONT MAKE PEOPLE STAY ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM IF THEY ARENT HANDICAPPED. I cant attach photos but i have them

This place is a step above most motels in that it includes a small kitchen area. We just needed a room for the night enroute to our final destination, so we didn't use this room extra. Everything was clean, and the bed comfortable. The only hitch was at check-in where the new clerk mistakenly double billed me, but the manager was able to sort that out in the morning. I'd readily stay here again.

Disappointing for price no breakfast, but breakfast food available in snack room. Several well established restaurants near by for meals. Easy access to the highways.

I just wanna say that Star at the front desk is just simply amazing and definitely great customer service! Dereka is just as amazing! Great great customer service! We appreciate you ladies and y’all made our stay safe and comfortable!!! You ladies keep being GREAT!!!

I never write a review for hotel stay before but this one needs to be done. During check in I was charged $50 more for 4 days stay. It will not break the bank but if the person cannot explain the extra charge then that is BS. After 2 days I asked for a receipt and the $50 was nowhere to be found. Finally, the front desk person asked someone who happened to be the person who checked me in and finally she got explanation that they do that as a deposit and will be returned during check out. It was returned eventually. Now, the room… we were in the handicapped one. No problem about that since we know in advance about it except that the shower curtain was short by a foot and showering was a chore trying not to flood the whole bathroom floor. It was changed after I complained. Told them that a disabled person can easily have a fall due to wet floor. Shower curtain was changed but still a little short so we have to put a trash can to push curtain inwards. And there was a leak from the wall where shower tubing was connected so that as one showers a cold water will hit you. Well, we still manage but the thing that really aggravated me was the last night when I saw a centipede crawling in the bathroom. Never again will I stay in that particular hotel. That was CANDLEWOOD SUITES Louisville north in Clarksville IN.

One of the friendliest staff of any hotel We've ever stayed at, Kimberly and Star and the GM we're very accommodating we had a issue with the doors card reader and they offered to switch us rooms or wait until the GM could reprogram the door.

We were not very impressed with our stay. Some of our towels appeared stained upon arrival, drawers were barely opening in the kitchen area, we found a used pack of cigarettes under our bed and someone else from our family had a bottle of alcohol left in his freezer, so clearly the rooms were not well cleaned. We chose to stay there for the pool to find out upon arrival it was not open and we were not notified. Rooms did not have equal things in them, as we had a big family in four different rooms. Our room did not have any coffee.

Pool was not working. We booked this room quite a while ago mainly because of the six kids and check in to find it not working. There was barely enough pans and utensils for two people let alone a family, even when you put the stuff from 4 rooms together. All of our rooms were unclean and had trash in cabinets. One room didn’t even have a floor in the cabinet under the sink. Very disappointing stay especially when you look at how much we paid and didn’t receive when it comes to the pool. Way too much money, over 1000$, for these accommodations. Should get a sizeable refund. I’m retired military and was not impressed at all!!!
