    Overall experience was good, especially the staff. The room was very dirty. A lot of hair on the floor. Appeared to be both animal and human hair. Popcorn kernels on the floor and in the bed. Seemed like the bed sheets had not been changed.

    Convenient location, minutes down the road from stores. Front desk was always helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well!

    Check-in was quick and the staff member was friendly. Once we entered the room it had a musty, moldy type smell. We had some friends staying next to us and there room didn’t have that smell. They came into our room and noticed the bad smell also. I turned the air down once we arrived to 68 because it was 73 in the room and was a little warm. We left to go get something to eat and came back and the temperature was 75. We called the front desk and the staff member came up to check it out. She couldn’t get it to work either so she called maintenance but they weren’t able to tell her how to fix it so they gave us another room. We needed to queen beds but they were sold out of those rooms so we made a king bed and sleeper sofa work. Breakfast was okay with a few options. It was an okay stay but probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

    Long wait. Room not done yet. Blanket on the bed all wet, removed. Floor wet, from cleaning. Coffee in the lobby, very cold. Suite should be ready and cleaned first. Other than that, it was ok. Better next time, I guess.

    Room and facilities were great. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They did not take responsibility and blamed everything on Hotels.com. We called Before we went to make sure our four rooms were on same floor and when we arrived stated we did not Talks to them We Talked to customer service. That was a lie. I had talked to the same girl standing in front of me at the counter.
