Check in gentleman (Richard) was really nice and this was just a quick stop while passing through and not our normal stay. BUT the bathroom had not been cleaned before we were checked in and was covered in hair. The window was also missing the curtain to block out the bright street lights and early morning sun. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy at all, but definitely would have gone elsewhere had I known what I was getting.

If you would’ve seen the mattress when I took the sheets off to check for bedbugs, it was so stained and nasty. Even the mattress pad was nasty. I took pictures.

The parking lot was very dangerous due to the snow and I got stuck 5 times in the lot and nobody not even the employees offered to help me out get my truck . I am a fairly large woman with health issues and a bag leg . I had to walk to the main entrance and almost fell in the parking lot .

Front desk staff was really rude when I first checked in there was no microwave in the room so I couldn't have anything hot to eat after my surgery the indoor pool is cracked and falling apart the room was not like it was in the picture I was not happy

They didn’t give me the room I reserved. The room I got had an iron burn in the carpet. The card readers hardly worked. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to get them working again. I brought my PlayStation with me in hopes of playing cause they offer free WiFi but the internet was not connecting. Called the front desk and asked about it. They said they don’t support that, meaning the internet is terrible. I would not recommend this place and would never go back to that place again. It was cheapest hotel around so you get what you pay for.

The hotel needs some serious work. They need new vacuums or to run them more. The pool was very cold. The balcony didnt have any chairs which surprised me. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The lobby looks fairly updated but the rooms dont look renovated at all.

Suite had a very stale moldy smell. Elevators were old, slow and creepy. Pool was very warm, so that was. Other than that sucks breakfast was not included, you have to pay for it.

When we 1st got to the room the keys didnt work they sent some 1 to fix the door..reset it and worked fine after..well 3am i go to smoke a ciggarette outside come bak snd keys dnt work again had to sleep in lobby until 1st shift came bak and was able to get me in

Cleaner than we thought, after reading reviews but did have some areas that needed attention. Very weird layout, be ready to walk a lot to get to your room. Did not get in the pool but area looked nice but smelled extremely heavy of chlorine. Hallways very smoky at times, perhaps from bar & grill but not really sure.

Amenities!!!!!! This hotel reminds me of the Marriott I worked at in college almost 20 years ago. It is dated and they are doing a great job of keeping it up. The pool looked clean and welcoming (didn't swim just stopping to sleep), checked in at 10:40p Friday night and someone was playing the grand piano off of the lobby so well! The layout has different wings of where the rooms are located, k wing is under construction. Didn't experience noise during our stay. There's a barber and restaurant onsite. Too bad we're just passing through! For the price and amenities this is an amazing value. If you're looking for new and modern this maybe not your place but still worth a stay.

The pool was nice and was heated and open year round. They also had a DJ and some activities on Friday and Saturday night which seemed neat. They also have a bar with a pool table which also looked nice but was closed when I went down to look at it. I would stay here again.
