Travelodge by Wyndham Sellersburg / Louisville North

I flew in early and the man at the desk let me check in early, then I added another night and he was very understanding! Breakfast WASNT much but it did what it needed too. It was mostly quiet and I didn’t have really any problems. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was decent. But staying here a week for a music festival was the best option and I loved it.

Having an iron and iron board in the room was a plus. Facility was a little worn out but kept clean. Good value overall.

This was a last minute decision as we were at louder than life music festival and decided driving back late at night was not a good idea. So I booked at 11 pm. There was a small issue when we got there but they got it fixed quickly. The place is definitely older however, our room was clean and we had no issues. Got a great night sleep and a shower and out the next morning.

Check in was fine, got to our room and the couch was filthy. Dried bodily fluids and blood on bed linen as well as cigarette burns. Latch lock was broke off door. Booked a room for 4 people and staff refused to give us enough towels for all of us. Told is to wait til the housekeeping came through. Then they tried to charge me an extra $500 cause they found out we were staying there for the music festival in Kentucky. We were told rates are higher for people staying in their hotel for that reason. I contacted Expedia who I booked through and was told that is illegal and hotel is now being investigated. Another room had a broken window with a cardboard box covering the window. Just overall felt unsafe In the hotel.

As soon we walked in the carpets were soaked and stayed wet our whole stay ( hopefully from being shampooed?), the bedding was still damp from being washed, there was a hole in the ceiling, the mattress was stained, the blow dryer was dirty and didn’t work, the lobby toilet was clogged when I checked in, and the towels were stained.

Cheap, decent, close to Louder 🤘

Outdated, uncleaned sheets, cigarette burned blankets, tissues stuck in the peep hole…. Boxes taped over windows

We wasvery pleased with the motel and service we recieved.

Couldn't use the pool due to alge/broken tiles. NOT enough elect plug in's in room (145) + NO clothes hangers/coffee in the room. Difficult to sleep at nite. To eliminate getting up in total darkness to go to the bathroom we'd leave the door cracked a BIG mistake. Lite from bathroom would hit the wall mounted mirrow -- go directly into you face forcing you to sleep with head under covers. Other than that, enjoyable stay

The property was off to itself. One of the hotel rooms had a giant tv box taped across it. We were placed in the back of the hotel. A man with no shirt on, running around with a small child lot fireworks and put them on a sign. It seemed like he was trying to light the sign on fire. I went to the front to let the staff know that we did not feel safe and they said it was fine. The lady told the other man to talk to the guest and let him know he was scaring people. I said we didn't want to stay and she said it was fine but no refunds. The room made me feel itchy. The initial " non- smoking" room smelled of heavy smoke. She said it was coming from someone else's room and to close the bathroom. She did move us to a room closer to the front but the door did not feel secure when locked. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only positive was the man at the front desk was kind.

Stayed over night while traveling through on trip, wonderful clean room and king bed was comfortable. Great hotel for pricing!!

The property was very clean the room was at a great price the breakfast lacked compared to other hotels but it was sufficient and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The room had funny smell.. very outdated holes in carpet.. curtains.. lamp shade.. only good was the pool!

Roaches in room! Staff is rude as hell and you can tell there was once bed bugs. We left a blanket and pillow behind and when we went back a couple hours they had put them outside in grass and it had rained and they was rude that we was upset about it

Room was clean. Looked like recently remodeled. The curtains did not hang right and thus let sunlight in room. I did not use hair drier due to wire on end of cord was taped and plug looked less than safe. No drinks on site. All coke machines empty. Breakfast was not much.

Air was not on and the room was over 90 degrees when we arrived at 11pm. By the time we got it cooled enough to enjoy we were asleep and then very cold. Room for 4 people with towels for 3. I also reserved a room with two double beds and a couch but received a room with only two double beds. Required one to sleep on the floor. Staff never offered to get extra supplies (luckily we had brought our own). Breakfast was cereal, prepackaged muffins, and waffle maker.

No one was at the desk for a good 10 minutes after showing up. The room was not what the pictures online showed.

The room wasn’t good! Water pressure terrible! Didn’t clean room while we was out had to go to the office to get clean linen! We never staying there again

Easy to get to and great staff

Room was marked as non-smoking but it definitely was not. The inside of the room door and the bathroom door were stained with something and the fridge was not cool/cold at all.

From a misunderstanding at the front desk we were overcharged. There was never an apology for the issue and the receptionist was not too friendly about it. Moreover, the charge on the credit card was double charged, so after an initial $10 overcharge they ended up overcharging $10 for a total $20 overcharge. Expedia agent helped to rectify but they could not reverse charge so they gave me $20 cash refund.

Right off freeway so easy access. Had breakfast amd a pool, was a good room for the price.

Clean and tidy

This was a very clean room. The lobby area was nice and bright, very clean and had plants. We forgot a bag and I called the day we left it. They held it til we returned 6 days later.

Responsive but in no way intrusive staff. Super friendly staff. Loved the room and the pool was magnificent.

Laundry room was sketchy, but they do have one.

Very friendly staff. I did learn there $25 early check in fee. Other then that, it cery lovely
