While all but one member of the staff were exceedingly warm, friendly, and graciously welcomed and accommodated our needs at a moment notice, a staff member at breakfast time first aggressivly confronted my girlfriend making a very public and embarrassing display of accusing her of sneaking into the lobby as a homeless person and stealing the breakfast food and demanded to know her room number and reservation details or else vacate the property otherwise the local authorities would be notified. This taking place while I was working, she was forced to first speak with the desk clerk and then for fear of further harassment and potential troubles with the law retreat to the room without having the opportunity to utilize the included meal that our up front payment for a calendar week entitled us both to and was uncomfortable and really dampened the mood for the remainder of the trip

They have the worst customer service. If you have any issue forget about it being resolved. The manager does not exist, since they are never there or are always "in a meeting". Several of the front desk employees have bad attitudes. The hotel itself was average.
