After check out we git another night and had other family members stay as well told them bout the pool and damn the pool was cold..!! PLEASE have an employee check that pool to make sure it’s heated ..

Very nice hotel but could use some work

The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious

The shower head was awful and seemed clogged because the water just dripped out of it. We had no TV for the entire stay, this outage affected the entire hotel. This made the stay very boring for us and everyone staying. This resulted in children running up and down the hallway all night once the pool closed.

Overflowing trash and staff that willfully ignored federal ADA regulations

The night receptionist Jennifer demanded I show "proof" for my service animal, argued with me about her ability to do so, and then charged me a pet fee. It was absolutely ridiculous and a violation of title 3. The manager removed the fee in the morning when I talked to her about it, but that was it. I made a complaint with the corporate office but never heard anything back from it. I will not be staying at this hotel again. All the trash cans outside of the rooms were overflowing with trash and garbage was laying all over the ground.

Very Comfortable Beds!

Excellent location that was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was excellent and provided a great start to the day. The room was clean and had a nice kitchenette that included a fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The manager, Norma, was very helpful and informative.

Don't be late for breakfast!

First morning we were a couple of minutes late to breakfast, as were a few others, and the breakfast staff person was basically just rude about it, grabbing stuff to put away before anyone could get it, turning off the juice machine, locking up the butter and yogurt...none of the hospitality one might expect even if it put someone out a bit. It was clearly signed that breakfast ended at 9, but this person meant nine SHARP, i.e. you will get complaints and be treated in a sharp manner. You could tell this person did not work for tips! I have a lengthy morning routine involving an hour on a compression pump and then donning some difficult compression garments, something no one might know, but everyone should be treated kindly. We missed the mark by 2-3 minutes at most. EXCUSE US! Have to say the bed was not that comfy, might be time for an upgrade. Second breakfast we were on time for the mediocre offerings and at least did not get any huffiness thrown in our faces.

The bathroom popcorn ceiling was in the state of disrepair. The bathroom tub surround was not great. Woke up in the middle of the night and found a humongous 4 inch cockroach.

The room was big a comfortable for a party of 4.

Linen for the extra bed (couch) was not in the room. Couch bed was very uncomfortable/flimsy.

The fact that the sink was outside of bathroom. The tv would not turn on the morning of our check out which I told the staff about. The toilet was not flushing and I let the staff know about that as well. Also breakfast was not as good as we had hoped.

The rooms wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked coming the first day, I had to buy bleach to clean the bathroom. The trash didn’t get taken out so we had to dump trash in the hallway trash everyday. There was also a roach crawling on the wall in the room.

Clean, Nicely Appointed Hotel

We were very pleased with our room and the decor of the hotel. Once you walked through the front door the hotel was clean and very nicely updated. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, danish, etc. We did like the close proximity to the Magnolia Silos and Castle. It was a short drive.

The gps directions to get to the hotel off of the highway. Also I didn’t think the outside of the hotel looked well maintained. Some pieces of trash were about and it didn’t look as well kept. Once you were inside it was very nice.

I liked it all mostly. The hotel is right off the main strip on a one-way strip that accesses the hotel. With construction on the interstate many vehicles got off the interstate on that access road and it was sometimes difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot. I don't see this being an issue if there weren't any constructions present. But it was during our stay.

I liked the location of the hotel.

I was given the wrong room number. Normally it wouldn't have bothered me but this particular day I was not feeling well. I also did not like the setup of the room. The restroom being right in the middle of the room. It was hard to watch TV from both beds. The remote would not always work.

The lobby and the property for the most part was clean.

It’s on a weird intersection hard to get to. My granddaughter scraped her hand and nobody in the entire hotel could find a Band-Aid for her. Was told we can buy a seven dollar Band-Aid box. The room would not cool down . It was hot, sticky, and humid.
