good location. not to far from downtown

the size of room was prefect for a family of 4. beds were super comfortable, access to the Wi-Fi was easy setup. kids loved that the hotel had extra snack available for purchase.

i did not like that the pool was locked all weekend. especially when i called ahead of time to make sure pool was open all season long, this is the reason why i had booked at this location. so yes my son was very disappointed in that. another thing not once did the housekeepers come by to clean room or offer clean sheets, towels. we had to request upfront

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. Everything was just right and the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good with many options to choose from. I highly recommend TownePlace Suites Waco Northeast.

The hotel was comes.

The shower need to be fixed bad! At arrive we realized there was a shower drip which was more of a constant rubbing even though we hadn’t even used the shower yet. That night it was so hard to sleep because it would sound like the sink was left on but it was just the leaky shower

I liked the modern decor. The room smelled like bleach when we walked in, so we knew it was clean. And we loved the breakfast choices, in particular the little egg souffles.

I could hear noise from the interstate. Thankfully, when the room A/C fan was on high, it helped drown out that noise.

The best

The location was great, around plenty of restaurants and fast food places, including Walmart and Dollar stores. The inside was very clean and the decor was nice. The front desk guy was very easy to talk with. The room was spotless and huge. Very comfortable and relaxing. I really enjoyed the shower & bed as well.

Got ripped off

It was nice

I didn’t like nor appreciate how I paid for my room a week ago for last night and when they lady said she needed my credit card on file for any incidentals I seen an hour later they charged me another 140.00 all they can say is idk what happened or why but I can get your money back, I didn’t get the feeling that they didn’t even really care it was a mistake on them not I now idk if I’m going to get me money back and or if they even care too get it back to me staff I’d say 2 out of ten being the best

Great location!! We were close to everwhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly. We all slept well. My friend said it was the best nights sleep she had in a long time.

Being picky...the Waffles had sugar on them. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the big light over the table.

We paid for a 2 bed and a pullout and did not get a pullout room so I had to sleep on the floor.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. To our surprise, it also has two Tesla destination chargers so we did not have to mess with driving to the superchargers every day. We were able to charge at night and be ready for an adventure the next morning!
