The mattress was absolutely comfortable and the pillows as well I found the room I stayed in very clean.The breakfast was very delicious ! 😋

The rooms were comfy
The fire alarm went off for no reason and I couldn't get staff for 3 hours to help no one was at the desk or available to call. There was 10 of us was for help andi was locked out in the cold for 3 hours

One must call a number to check so attendant can raise rolled window and check in. Intense smell of cannabis in check in area. I was given a single bed, yet double bed was reserved. Had ro come down to check in area again, wait 20.minutes to get a correct room. Restrooms dirty.
