The smell, it smelled like marijuana, crackcocaine, and dogs , roaches crawling on the countertops and the TV Dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, dirty tub, mildew stained ceiling in the bathroom, an unknown wet spot in the bathroom

The rooms were comfy

The fire alarm went off for no reason and I couldn't get staff for 3 hours to help no one was at the desk or available to call. There was 10 of us was for help andi was locked out in the cold for 3 hours

Location

The hotel smelled like nothing but weed. It was dirty everywhere. Bed was not comfortable, everything was dirty: floor, bedding, walls, kitchenette and bathroom.

One must call a number to check so attendant can raise rolled window and check in. Intense smell of cannabis in check in area. I was given a single bed, yet double bed was reserved. Had ro come down to check in area again, wait 20.minutes to get a correct room. Restrooms dirty.

This company has a small fraud ring where cards are being swiped without permission

How before signing any contract my cash app card was charged and this is after the fact I there in person. I’m looking into this matter because my card was charged after my stay without my knowledge

It won't let me add pictures of everything we saw

The staff was nice was kind and helpful

When we first got there we was in the lobby waiting because no staff was there for a while, however the condition of the rooms was very disappointing. The first room we were given had dirty walls, a stained bed, and a refrigerator that wasn’t clean. We were moved to another room, but that one wasn’t much better. The bed had black stains, the walls were brown and looked unkept, floors dirty, hotel smelled like cigarettes,we saw roaches, and the toilet barely worked. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was uncomfortable and not what we expected for the price. The staff did what they could, but the hotel really needs better cleaning and maintenance.

Horrible experience. Not a safe place for kids

Could be cleaner. There are roaches everywhere. The door was open to the first room they put me in. Devices were hanging from the ceiling. Receptacle covers were off of receptacles. It was obvious someone had been tweaking in that room. The next room had mold in the bathroom. The refrigerator didn’t work. Heavy Drug use on premises is obvious. All together I will never be staying there again.

I know it was a lower rate than most. But it was worse than I thought

The hot water

Rooms was not clean, room smelled of smoke, the fridge sounded like a semi truck. Tv didn’t work most of the time. And when it did remote to tv was not functioning. You could tell the surrounding rooms were smoking both tobacco and weed. The floors were dirty. I left a towel on the floor very dirty from using as a mop. The ac had no button to turn it off.

False Advertising

Nothing, couldn't leave because I would have lost my money.

The first room was not clean, so we switched to another room, and it was half decent. The pics online are false advertising. The bed was not comfortable. People were hanging out in the back of the hotel drinking ( I don't know if they lived there). When you walk in, there is a hole in the wall, leaking water and smelling like mildew. MY ROOM HAD MILDEW ON THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM AND SLEEPING AREA. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!

Do not Book!!!

Chrissy tried to do her best to handle everything but she couldn't get a hold of the manager to get answers or help with anything but she was very professional and extremely apologetic.

Booked a double Queen got checked in and the room had someone already living there he opened the door very violently and we had our children with us. We were then given a King room only one bed because they didn't have any other rooms available. So I had to have a family member come pick up my kids since there was no where for them to sleep. The TV didn't work at all, then at 12 at night Someone Came into our room because the deadbolt was broken. The stay was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Do not book here

No front desk attendant to check us in!

I prebooked a room and when I arrived there was no one to check us in. We were very tired and this was so frustrating to think you have a place to rest on a long trip but no you don't. There were multiple piles dirty towels all over the front lobby and all throughout the hallways you can see from the locked glass door, makes no sense. The place smelled like a sweaty gym locker room. Seemed mm ore like a workout gym with overnight stays. I would not attempt to go back.

Roach motel

The other guests were nice. It was close to Collins Street Bakery.

We had to wait 30 minutes before someone opened the front desk for checking in. It smelled of marajuana. There was trash, a broken fan, and cockroaches. The floor in our room had a slick film, the bedding was dingy with cigarette burns.

The lady at front desk was nice!

The room had roaches and there were worms on the wall by the fridge . The room smelled horrible. Also the first room we got the burners on the stove were on high when we open door . It was so hot in the room. Also if you pay with cash you have to have exact or you will not get your change back. They do not carry cash.

The bed was comfortable. Location was convenient. There is a real refrigerator in the room.

Clerk handed me my room key and announced my room number out loud. Brought one of the random people in lobby to my room to verify my terrible, nasty sheets.

The room it was nasty not cleaned poor service sheets dirty had roaches a frozen roach in the freezer hair in the tub...oh and I have my pictures to prove it and to show...The attendant Ashley and manager Hector did nothing about the situation...Had to go get my bleach and washing detergent out my car to clean the room 204

We had reservations for two rooms. I had called to inform them that we would be running late. They said it was no problem. Got to the hotel waited for 20mins before someone came to the front desk. They charge me for one room and told me they didn’t have my other room, they were full. I asked for a refund they told me I had to come back in the morning for the refund. Came back in the morning. Only to be told I had to wait until Monday when the GM is in office to request my refund. We never stayed in the room we had to go look for another hotel last minute to fit our group.

I was fooled because it was a newer build, but will avoid like the plague in the future.

There was a bed after a long day. The bed was not made (no top cover and pillows were on the side table), but the sheets appeared to be clean.

We have to wait about 7 minutes for the front desk person to come back to the desk and check us in. She was apparently in her room on property where she lived, tending to her dogs. Once she got there, she asked if we had a floor preference. My boyfriend jokingly said "just give us the best one". She then walked us to the room, and walked into the room and was looking around and super weird. It was super inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. It had been a long day and I just wanted to go to sleep.

Roaches , crack heads everywhere, people full on living there, dogs and pets in the building , people changing tires / oil in the parking lot. Nasty smells of cigarettes and food curry in the hall ways. Looked like a half way house
