While location was great and the breakfast good the room was not up to par.

Good location, easy on and off expressway.

Bathroom exhaust fan was loud and would turn off. Toilet valve stuck several times and didn’t fill tank, room phone message light malfunction and blinked all night. Shower wall cracked and overly glued back together. Not up to Hampton inn standard, more like a motel six

The reception staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice. I liked the fresh fruit they offered, as well as yogurt options.

It was nice.

Location was great. Rooms were nice. Loved that the tv had YouTube on it. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the footstools and sofa table and the baskets in the cabinet was very handy for our snack storage.

Pool tiles around to top edge were grungy. There was a crusty residue behind the stool on the floor. The sofa cushions were ripped out at the seams. Also, there was a baby shower hosted in the first floor of the hotel which let in people without a hotel key card. That made the security system seem rather useless. I suggest having the shower elsewhere or having it in a room that doesn’t allow access to the rest of hotel by unregistered people.

Location , price , staff, free parking and breakfast.

The handle on the toilet was broken when i arrived. I had to reach in the tank and grab the broken rod and chain to flush it. I didnt want to deal with maitaince ect so i just puled the chain the whole time and let them know when i left

We would stay again at this location

We had a nice stay in Waco. Our original reason for driving to Waco was to see the Magnolia Silo District. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was fiendly.

The only things that was a little weird was a homeless person was living in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. He had a tent, 2 big dogs and music playing when we parked our car. We did not interact but the dogs were barking. The food was not so great. Eggs tasted like chlorine.

I’m very disappointed. Family and I went to visit my daughter Bc she’s Baylor student and the staff were very rude and ignored us. For $250 a night I expected much better service and better room.

I have to say I feel that the pictures and amenities are misleading and it’s not very clean.

It was close to where I needed to be.

I did not like that the sofa bed had hair all over it, old popcorn in it when I tried to fold it out for my kids. They could not sleep there. The floor was wet from who knows what by the window. The indoor pool was closed and completely concreted up which there was no mention of in their ads and that’s the entire reason I even booked that hotel. the breakfast was mediocre. I don’t think I will go back. The staff was very nice, though!
