Great place. Definitely staying next time when coming to Waco

My daughter goes to Baylor University and we came to pick her up after her semester was over. We decided to try this hotel because of reasonable rates and we were surprised at how well the room and the hotel was. Front desk clerk was super nice upon check in, we slept well on good mattress, and room was very clean. Also, it is in a safe area with good options to eat nearby.

Run the opposite direction!!!!

Not a thing.

They have roaches and beware you are charged an additional deposit on check in even when fully paid through the Booking.com site. I spent half the night scanning the room and killing both adult and baby roaches. We had to literally bag most of our stuff in zip lock bags and spent half of check out time searching every inch of our stuff to make sure no bugs traveled home with us. We told the front desk and they said the manager would contact us.. a week later still no contact and when we called again to inquire we were told they would not be back until next week. Now they will respond on booking.com publicly to attempt to show action, however they have yet to actually attempt to contact us.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely staying again.

I was traveling with my family and we choose this hotel for one night stay. We had good experience staying at this Days Inn hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

Location and easy to access.

Iron did not work. Torn Sofa. Address confusing between this Days Inn and the one further south. Sad breakfast.

Misrepresented! Absolutely not what it looks like on the website.

This property was grossly misrepresented. It looked nothing like the advertisement on booking. Com. There was a group of young men drinking and smoking Marijuana. They also had their laundry drying on the second floor railing. After checking in, I was unable to find a parking spot. My wife and daughter didn't feel safe. We had all of my daughters college belongings in the car. We didn't even enter the room. I returned the keys to the front desk within 10 minutes of checking in, and they still charged me for one night. I would not choose this hotel for any family.

Parking lot needs cleaning. I parked and tried to get out of the car but got bit many times by the mosquitoes breeding in the standing water in the parking lot.

If you can find a better place to stay I would. This motel wasn't worth the cost.

The location was good for where we were going because it wasn't far from our destination.

It looked like there was blood on the back of the bathroom door, the sheets that were on the beds on top of the mattress were stained, the fridge smelled and the television didn't have the best service. The price for the stay was WAY too high for the quality of the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.

It was very clean and quiet room for the most part everything was very accessible There was a continental breakfast and we had 24 hour on demand customer service staff were always very willing to help.

Horrible

We needed to change the reservation duration four days before we arrived. We called the hotel and said we could check out early and it would be refunded. When we arrived they said we had to contact booking.com to approve the change. This was too late to change. The hotel staff lied to us so that we could get a refund.

Pay $20 more and stay at a better hotel

To be honest, the single thing that I did appreciate was the front office lady that was on the night shift the night we checked in. She was very friendly and helpful.

The floors were extremely dirty and wet for some odd reason. The tub was very slippery and dangerous. The walls are all stained. Overall it’s not a place I would stay again.

Room was clean

A workout room and pool were shown in their description, however the workout area was a different location and the pool was green. Those were the reasons we book this hotel. The breakfast was sad. Stale cereal, bread for toast but no butter. They had waffle mix, but again no butter. We went out for breakfast the next morning. I wouldn’t book again.

Crickets in our room

Location was the only good thing. The room seemed nice and clean until we saw the crickets all over the room.

All the crickets that kept coming in the room. In the bathroom, jumping on the bed, under the bed. Making so much nose. They were coming in from under the door because the weather stripping was gone. We notified the front desk and there was nothing they could do because they did not have a manager. We had to stuff our towels under the door to try and prevent more from entering.

Dirty, they have a lot of bugs and stuff under the couches and it doesn’t look like they sweep and the breakfast is bland they could do a lot better for sure

Terrible staff/Hidden fees

1. The room was clean with the exception of a couple fleas, which is not unusual for a pet friendly hotel. 2. The room was spacious for being a double queen with a table.

1. Staff was horrible. Very difficult to get a hold of even in the middle of the day. We were there for 7 nights, and not once did I wait less than 10 min to get someone's attention. During check-in, the guy literally took a 10 minute phone call right in the middle of checking me in before he would give me my key. 2. Even though it was high 80s all week and May, they refused to open the pool up, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 3. Breakfast was terrible, and no one was ever around for help. 4. The pet policy was very dishonestly advertised. Instead of a pet deposit, they require a $10/day per pet cleaning fee. So because I was there for 7 nights, I had to pay an additional $70 "cleaning fee" for our literally 2 pound chihuahua who is pad trained! This was of course on top of my $50 cleaning deposit. 5. Housekeeping was also a nightmare. I had to practically beg for new towels and trash bags every day. We ended up buying a bunch of each to save the headache. 6. The last thing we didn't like was the bathtub/shower. It had no place to keep your shampoo or soap. There were also no safety rails at all, which is not good if you are elderly or have small children like us. After spending a week at this hotel, it's clear the bad way outweighs the good. I would not recommend them at all.

Noisy freeway, but I bet all of the other hotels off the freeway have the same issue. Floors of the room were very dirty & seemed like they hadn’t been mopped, not sure why because the rest of the room seemed so clean.
