The staff were extremely nice, breakfast was hot, room was safe, clean, and exactly what I needed for a quick weekend. Easy driving distance to downtown Waco. I've had more comfortable beds though.

Entire staff is professional and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning, We were there for 3 nights. Loved spending time in the pool during the hot afternoons. We will definitely stay here again our next time in town.

The staff was outstanding. Kaylissa, Sabrina, and Vince were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for whatever need or question we had. We felt safe, as we were three ladies in a new city. Our room was clean with lots of hot water! The breakfast was great. We were in Waco for my son’s wedding and our stay at Best Western Plus was perfect. Close to the venue and the reception location. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay here over a travel ball weekend. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The kitchen and dining area was very clean and stocked very full in the morning. The front desk staff had no issue whatsoever with us needing an extra couple of hours after checkout time on Sunday. I highly recommend staying here.

In our room the furniture was very old. The property management had pieces of material hanging out in the upper corners of each drawer to keep draws from sliding open. Very tacky!!! Our coffee maker and condiments, cups, coffee, bag with sugar and creamer. Were placed in the bathroom on the bathroom counter, next to the toilet. Coffee pot collects a lot of gems with every flush. Very gross!!! I washed and places coffee pot with tray on the table in bedroom.

The room and lobby was super dirty. Room light fixtures was barely hanging on the ceiling. Bathroom and bathtub was gross. Booked the room last minute due an emergency that occurred in the area. Homeless people walking around cars and looking into people cars.
