The cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the quietness Comfortable bed

The breakfast we paid for was very disappointing. The food was cold. The bacon was Wayover cooked to the point of the bacon bits. The biscuits were so dry that I couldn’t even cut them with a knife. A strong suggestion would to have the food over sterno with covered hands to keep things hot and fresh.

Clean and updated! Great pool and fitness and pool area.

The breakfast was the worst holiday in breakfast I’ve ever had - it was expensive and they have minimal options. They didn’t even have a waffle machine. Lack of fruit etc. not worth the money. Next time I’ll get food somewhere else

We skipped the expensive breakfast.

Internet access was extremely slow both nights we were at the Holiday Inn. We had to wait until the next morning for decent access and response time. A minor item, Kleenex ran out almost immediately and was NOT replaced the next day. We used toilet paper instead.

A great little get away!

I stayed there with my 3 grandsons 6,5, & 3 and everyone was very accommodating to them and me! The front desk person was so so helpful. I will come and stay here again soon. We love the indoor pool hot tub and we live here in Waco about 5 miles away.

There was nothing that I did not like! It was a very pleasant stay, I felt safe with it just being me and my 3 grandsons. Seemed like everyone was watching out for me and them. The room was very cool and comfortable.

The canceled my rooms while I was on my way to the hotel

The hotel staff is the worse in my over 30 years of traveling in the US and abroad I received subpar service from both Tiffany and Natalie. They actually hung the phone up and me and would not answer when I called back and I have the phone long of calls to prove it. I sent en email to IHG and the GM, I have yet to receive any response!

Exceptional

We had a very short stay in Waco, but it was delightful. Bed/pillows were super comfy, room was very clean and shower was amazing. The hotel was centrally located to each stop of our stay and was easy to get to. There was very little traffic or storm noise.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the alarm clock was set by a previous guest (unbeknownst to me) and went off at 6:00 AM.
