Staff was really kind, friendly, and hospitable. Good selection of breakfast food. Room was great. Couch had seen some better days, but was comfortable. Bed was great and included a bunch of pillows. Shower water pressure was comically bad, but kept temperature so it balanced out. Only downside was outside of the hotel's control, which was the copious amount of people at breakfast.

the pull out couch mattress had no mattress sheet cover. Just a mattress sheet. there was no other blankets on the beds but the comforter. I made sure when I reserved online with hotels.com that I put my kids ages and that I wanted a pull out. The only thing for breakfast that was ok was the bagel and yougurt.

Comfy place to stay in Waco!

Arrived at the hotel, which was having the entire exterior painted. Yikes. Clearly, the entire place was recently renovated/in process of renovation. Tried to check in early, but the charge was $35, so we passed and headed out to see Waco. Came back, checked in, went to room. Then it started. Spider on the bed, roach on the wall, dead bugs in bathtub, cobwebs in corners, pieces of popcorn ceiling that had been repainted dangling, dried and stuck on unknown substance inside cabinets. Decided to check out. Gloria at the front desk wasn't authorized to refund the charges, told us manager (Norma) would be in the next morning at 8:00am. Went back next day at 1:00pm, and Alexia told us Norma wouldn't be in until 3:00. (What in the world??) She told me she had no idea why we were told 8:00, because "there's a schedule right there on the wall I can show you." When I mentioned that it was clear she had no concern about our issues, she quickly ran it back. So, we left again and came back later in the afternoon to see Norma. That was when things turned much better. She immediately apologized for the issues, said she'd gone to look at the room personally and would make sure the proper staff knew what had happened. She printed out a zero charge invoice, apologized again, we thanked her and headed out. Thank you Norma for the very appropriate customer service. It was quite appreciated.

We arrived at night and could see the filth on the outside of the building and I could this place was a dump. The manager was nice. When we got to our room the sofa was disgusting old with white stains, let your imagination take over old worn out P.O.S. See pics The shower tub combo was rotted with mold on the bottom (Pics) only acouplt of the channels on the tv worked. The worn out bed squeaked..Management informed me that the owner only cared about profit and not his guest comfort. After everything else I saw I would not eat breakfast there. Nor would I recommend staying at this establishment.

I tried to call and tell them my father is having heart surgery and cancel yesterday morning but they didn’t care and also would not even hear me out. I missed the Baylor game and now out my money that I don’t have. I just wanted only one weekend not working all year and I’m now sitting in Roundrock making sure my dad goes home from the ICU

We had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites. The room was nice, clean, and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was the standard fare, but good. Our only drawback was the hotel employee checking us in lacked a warm and friendly personality.

Things were great the first couple days. The breakfast is mediocre, repetitive same eggs and sausage circles, danish that all taste the same, bread, and waffle makers. Eggs were dry. The facility is clean for the most part. Lots of illegal immigrants, 10-12 people packed in one room. party people up all night. There were some issues with air conditioners, and leaking sinks. Questionable devices. The manager Norma was excellent. There was only one staff member who was not the best in the customer service realm. She started out nice, but on check out was pretty rude and demanded 50$ for late checkout. When not even 30 mins beforehand said it was completely fine and to take my time. Anyway— would have been 4 stars if it were not for the illegals, and for her rude behavior. I didn’t get to see Norma before I left, I would have let her know about the worker who was rude, miss Norma runs a good crew and would not approve of her demeanor. Honestly would have dropped the rating even lower if it was not for Norma.

Gloria at the desk was wonderful! I needed to change location half way through my stay. They said I had a promo rate & probably couldn’t check out early. I did not know I had a promotional rate. Spoke to the manager & she said I would have a cancellation fee but could not tell me how much until transaction was completed so I stayed & had to drive more. I understand a fee but was advised the manager could override fees, etc. I felt it was not very accommodating in light of an unexpected need to change location.

This is my second business trip that I stayed at this motel. It was centrally located to the places I needed to go in Waco. Very clean, quiet, and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast options we’re good. Will be staying again next year.

The room was not very clean, barely any of the lights worked in the room and some of the lamps dident work the shower was dirty and the platform you put the shampoo had hair all over it, the couch was full of white stains. The closet door was so dirty we had to clean it. And the sheets felt very sticky like they had to much soap. We were also sweating becouse the room was still hot even at 68 on the a/c unit. The bed iself was comfortable.

The hotel is clean and the price was right; we had two queens and the pullout couch. The only problem was it was July and the AC didn’t blow that well; I think only half or it worked at a time. The shower didn’t get very warm so it was a like cold shower. I didn’t say anything because the hotel was full so no other options. We bought a fan from Walmart and it helped circulate the air that did blow. I would book here again but not nonrefundable.
