It was alright

The staff were nice and everything helped me extend one day I love speaking with them sweet people

I didn’t like the fact that I extended a night and had to pay the fee over again I was very confused which isn’t fair really because I didn’t leave but at any other hotel I’ve stayed in I didn’t have to pay the fee again which didn’t make any since to me but they waived it for me

Great location next to Hyde Park Steakhouse and the staff were very nice and helpful.

My friend couldn't eat any meat because they didn't have non pork meat. I wished they had wheat bread, instant grits, different bacon, and sausage. The coffee was perfect!! Thank you!

The TV remote didn't work. You should make the TV able to read Firesticks. Also need a little refrigerator in the room. More weights in the workout room.

Comfortable and quiet

The lady that checked me in was wonderful, very pleasant, and kind. The hotel was quiet, clean and the breakfast was cooked the way it should have been cooked. The coffee had good creamer and the tea had honey.

Front desk staff unprofessional and rude upon check in. Toilet in room leaked. Balloons behind chair shows room was not throughly cleaned.

I did'nt like the noisey day shift staff!!!!! There was banging on the walls and I was put across the hall of the laundry room!! The toilet is too close to the bathroom door and the shower water was not strong enough.
