It was worth it, my son had a great time for his birthday.

They were accommodating, the power was out when I checked in but the hotel gave me a discount, which I appreciated.

The rudest front desk clerk ever!

The cleanliness

The lady on the overnight shift on 10/4/25. Watched me through the doors as I was locked out, my key card had deactivated so I was unable to use it. I picked up the phone , I could hear it ringing but she continued to walk back and forth ignoring me and the phone. Finally after 7 mins I called up to our room #212 and my husband had to come and let me in. I was parked in the handicap parking near the gazebos. I have a bad back so standing for 10 minutes is hard on me. Please have a training to treat the guests with more consideration. Thank you ! Mrs. Tamela Devereaux.

Mediocre at best.

The rooms were gorgeous and spacey. The beds were comfortable.

The pool was filthy. We were unable to use it. The breakfast was not good at all. Many things were not stocked, when it was stocked it was cold and/or under/over cooked. The worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

Shower had hair on the floor and walls. Dead bug on the ceiling and I told staff and no one did anything about it. Fridge not too clean as well.

Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved that there was a good variety of food available for free and that there was real dishes if we choose to use instead of paper plates.

The door was locked and it said I needed a digital key to open , even during the day. Sometimes the front desk staff was not there.

Would come back again

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They really went above and beyond with everyone I saw them interact with. On the morning of checkout we went down for breakfast and there was a gentleman who has some sort of medical emergency and the staff took great care of him to keep him comfortable until medics arrived.

The rooms are very spacious, have a kitchenette with a microwave. A great breakfast. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Very clean, nice size room and refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were stocked and dishes were clean. Hallway and rooms smelled nice. Lobby was inviting. Staff were hospitable. Decent parking despite construction being done. Work did not interfere with our sleep. They were very quiet

Pretty good except for the bed sheets. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The fitted sheet was awful. All of the elastic in the sheet corners was stretched out and would not stay put on the bed while sleeping. We would need to pull the sheet back on the corners in the middle of the night as they had come off and bunched up. That also happened with the mattress pad, kept sliding off and bunching up. Also, the fitted sheet had pills on it making it rough and not smooth. The sheets need to be replaced with new ones that don't slip off and are not pilled.

Comfortable Place in a great location

The location was perfect and located near many restaurants and a short drive to Cleveland. The facilities were modern, clean and inviting. The room had all the amenities.

Bed and pillows were not firm enough for our taste.Breakfast was only mediocre. Toilet was too low.

It was a very pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

The size of the suite was great. It was similar to a small apartment. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The kitchen had dishes and a dishwasher. Also, there was a full size refrigerator. There were 2 options for TV viewing, both in the living room area and also, in the bedroom. I had a very pleasant stay.

Good Stopover Place

Easy to locate, good neighborhood, big space for free parking, good simple breakfast. Big room, comfortable and warm. Clean common areas and room/bathroom. A bit pricey compared to other basic hotels but it seems to be in a pricey area so we can understand that. Reception people weren't that pleasant but not rude either - gave out complete info of the hotel facilities so that was helpful.

Room was very comfortable and accommodating. The full kitchen of the Suite was an added bonus. Wish I was there a little longer to enjoy it more. Will target next trip to this area.

A little disappointed when told pool was opened until 11p and returning from dinner, seeing pool was available, only to find the desk clerk closed the pool at 7:30 PM. Not a deal breaker on the stay by any means.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Every employee I encountered had a smile and was so nice! I loved the complimentary treats and Frisbees for the dogs. Room was very clean, spacious, great toiletries, comfortable bed.

Each morning breakfast was lacking and ran out of most items including the coffee. Had to grab breakfast elsewhere.

It was excellent and clean and quiet. I will try to get this hotel again in the near future. The only problem that I had was that I left my favorite blanket in the room when I left to come back home from out of town and I hope that they will keep it for me the next time I come
