Only thing I liked staff didn't bother the kids too much for having fun and being a little loud on NYE
This hotel is so OUTDATED for the price. The pool is never open they stated that something happened the night before so they had to close. It was such a bummer to all the kids that was looking forward to the pool. The breakfast tasted how this place looks OUTDATED.. I'm so surprised for this to be in Beachwood the rooms looked like it was back in 1974. I will not recommend..

The atrium is gorgeous and spacious enough for many guests to be in there without being too close. Tiffany and Ariana were wonderful as well.
The beds are awful! Reception was very lame, having cheap snacks and limited drink options. Bartender was nice though. Omelet stain needed light and more help. It wasn't welcoming, but she made good food

The hotel served is purpose I need a place to lay my head shower use the bathroom and eat it was fine of course embassy suites is not like it used to be due to the pandemic in the government changing everything so a lot of our businesses are at the wheel of whoever can possibly have the hard enough to be hired. I'll give it a seven and a half
The fact that a lot of these businesses are understaffed so I saw a lot of women working harder than I would like to have seen But the economy is what it is and we're at the mercy of the people in the government. I wish them the best and I still would recommend them

Cleanliness. Rooms were filthy, old and outdated. I did not feel comfortable sleepy in the room I had because it was filthy and filthy obviously lacking in the upkeep.

First, the air did not cool down our room. It was on all night and never cooled the room. Second, when we went to breakfast, an employee was there telling everyone that there was no breakfast because no one showed up for work. Third, my husband went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. We were told there was not one there and they had no contact information for the manager.

Great suite size
Bedroom tv went bad, air conditioning went out at 1 am. Sofa cushions were damaged. I called hotel as staff suggested and no follow up. Staff was helpful overall, too tired to move rooms medical apt at 8 am

Nothing, it was horrible from the moment we walked in the door.
To start I was told that I could pay for the room with cash but had to put the deposit on a credit card. I travel with cash and don’t use cards much so I didn’t have the money on a card. So we had to drive around after driving 15 hours to get there to find an atm to deposit cash. Which we couldn’t so I had to exchange cash for use of someone else’s card so we could stay there. This all took place at midnight when everything is closed. Then the room was dirty..I took pictures of how this room looked. Plus the pool wasn’t available! Staff was arguing as well as the other rooms. Window cloudy, hole in wall, door handle falling off and frayed carpet and curtains that don’t close

My couch stink it had syrup on it The mirrors was rusted stuff was broken and a lot of juice stains in rug I told staff and they said they didn’t have any more rooms available and I would have to wait till a room is available at 4:30 but they let me check into this dirty room by 2 it was my daughter birthday horrible

The location was not good. The shower did not work. They did replace the shower head the next day. The mattress was not comfortable at all Not enough staff to accommodate the guest. overall, I would not recommend this hotel/location.

Booking .com scammed me out of over $600 dollars. I have proof and the receipts! I called customer service to confirm that I could cancel one of these rooms and they charged me an extra fee $180 to cancel one of the rooms that I didn’t need. When I keep inquiring about the refund I keep being told that I need to wait, and be patient??? A refund takes 5 business days at the most? That was back in February it’s now April !!!

Dirty, rooms run down and old. Furniture ripped up. Kids running all thru the hotel at all hours of the night with no adult supervision. Breakfast was disgusting.

My reservation got screwed up when I got there and I was overcharged. I felt used. It did no good to pre book this reservation. The staff couldn't fix it and made it worse. I ended up being overcharged for my room.
