Best hotel in Cleveland

I have stayed here dozens of times over the years and it is consistently my favorite hotel. It's always clean. We had a TV that needed reset and maintenance came up immediately. I love the suite and could actually live here long term. Breakfast in the morning is sumptuous: bacon and eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, bagels, etc. I've seen the same lady working the desk for at least 10 years which tells me they value their employees. If they value their employees, they will value their customers and they do. Other hotels should take notice. Homewood Suites is the hot ticket.

The staff was amazing. I stay here whenever I come down from buffalo to the Cleveland Clinic. The women in 3rd shift Constance was amazing and very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond.

Nice hotel, good price- would definitely stay again just update beds!

Property was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. We got a room with a king bed and 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed. Room has 2 bathrooms, awesome for a family of 5! Food was a great selection, tasted very good.

Beds and pillows left a lot to be desired. Could use updating. Shower squealed when the hot was all the way on

Better stays nearby

Location was what I was looking for and room was good sized.

They didn't do a great job cleaning as most touch points were dirty and had hand grease. It's a bigger room but I would happily trade that off for cleanliness. The furnishings were a bit older and beat up as well. I think I also was unlucky that the neighboring room was very loud but in general you can hear everything from your neighbors. I could hear their phone making every sound and them talking late Into the night. There is a restaurant and bar right across the street but otherwise nothing too close. There isn't much to walk around and do unless you drive.

Would stay here again!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was nice having plenty of space for our entire family & a kitchen. We also really enjoyed the outdoor patio & firepit area!

The breakfast was great, but it got a bit crowded in the breakfast area. Also, we had to ask for more pool towels because there weren’t any. We waited a while, but eventually just ended up having to leave without any towels.

Probably the best service and nicest staff I’ve ever met at a hotel! Every single employee as you walk past them greets you! people went out of their way just for the simplest things. Everybody smiles! Sunshine in the breakfast area, food area, outstanding… her personality, her assistance, the way she cleans up, the way that she does it in a sanitary way I noticed all these things. I will be back for sure it is by far the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in much larger more “bougie” areas and this Hilton hands-down best customer service, friendliest employees and one of the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in.

Top of the notch extended stay hotel

This pristine extended stay was a delight! The facilities are many, and everything was extremely clean. The breakfast was reasonable and there was plenty of coffee in the lobby. The smallBut well designed kitchen was extremely helpful. It was about a 15 minute commute to many places near downtown and proximate enough to major highways. I strongly recommend this facility if you do not wish to stay downtown.

We did have a very nice stay the first time we stopped here and that room was cleaner.

Our room was not clean during this stay. The floors were dirty and the linens for the pull out were not washed from the previous guests as they smelled bad and had fresh stains on them. We were, at least, provided new linens when we called the front desk.
