Whoever manages the place should coach and communicate expectations to team.

The beds were nice. I wish the bathroom door locked or fully shut.

The staff was hit or miss and weren’t all on the same page with anything I asked. Communication seems like it lacks here. I’m writing this from the breakfast area where it’s 9am and the girl is cleaning up and told me they close soon. Literally took my table placement off while I’m sitting here.

Quality boutique hotel

The hotel is well located and easily accessible. Close to restaurants and shops. We liked the equestrian theme as we have horses. Bedding was comfy with quality linens and pillows. Front desk was always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back

No bath available due to water restrictions. No breakfast unless you want to pay - seemed sterile and unappetizing, so we ate elsewhere.

Excellent hotel, great value, delicious breakfast, very clean and comfortable.

The front desk clerk was very competent, kind and professional. We were checked in very promptly and given a bag with freshly baked cookies and bottled water. The space was very clean and the bed was comfy.

I was happy with the overall experience. The only time we were not happy was when we ordered the veggie omelet for breakfast and it contained bacon which we do not eat. They were apologetic, professional and promptly fixed it.

Rooms wasn’t safe room 227 the bolt was loose screws hanging out and it smelled like urine so my room was changed to 200 the shower door wouldn’t close or the bathroom door stains on chairs and bed not happy

Overall good.

Location convenient, just off the highway. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice, had a speedy check-in.

My reservations said breakfast included and served from 7-9 am. There was no breakfast unless you wanted to buy a muffin but there was no one around for that either. The shower leaks as there is a gap between glass panels. So, the floor in the bathroom gets pretty wet.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Absolutely nothing

I didn't like the staff giving keys to our room to another guest while we were still in there. My wife could have been in the room by herself at the time. She could have been in the shower when this man entered our room. This could have turned out very badly. They endangered our lives and refused to do anything about it. Not so much as an apology.

I got a call 4 hours before check in stating that I had to stay at the sister hotel because of plumbing issues. I asked the lady at the front desk to send me a confirmation about my new hotel stay. The lady at the front desk got an attitude/upset when I asked for confirmation to my email. It took longer to get the confirmation so I had to take matters into my own hands. I waited on hold for 15 minutes between both hotels. Ended up staying at the Clarion and was treated with respect from the staff there!
