I will stay somewhere else in the future. Very disappointing!

The room was nice & clean & the bed was comfortable.

The entire lower portion of the hotel was a construction zone. No breakfast...no coffee...nothing to be had and room was not equipped with coffee service. Paid $183 for the night and would not discount due to 1/2 of what you're paying for being unavailable. Never again!

Horrible, the worst hotel I’ve ever had

Horrible location and very unsafe, the side door entrance does not lock so anybody can walk in and out, prostitution In the parking lot, I had children with me and they were scared so I did not stay

A nice stay comfortable

The awareness of the staff helping the guest and the SAFETY of the hotel.

Have some complimentary breakfast like coffee and muffins in the breakfast area. The other part of the hotel is being renovation

Rooms were dirty and facility was run down and many things were broken. The trash in the trash room hadn’t appeared to be empty for some time

Exceptional

I can't say enough about the professionalism ,courtesy, and personal care I received at this facility. They actually make you feel like you're at home. I've been here since February 17th and become familiar with quite a bit of staff. They have been at all times courteous , thoughtful and considerate during my stay since February 17th on and off through to March 19th I'm grateful to have come across such a professional group of people who work at a hotel. I will always recommend a stay at this particular extended stay and will continue to do so myself. You have a special group of people here and they should all remain and be given some type of gratitude!

Overall cleanliness of the lobby was unacceptable, tub had huge stains, the desk drawer was off of its' hinges and one of the outside screens was ripped. I won't return .

Though the price was good, I would have rather paid the extra $20 to stay somewhere else.

The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice!

It was very out dated. I’m certain someone was smoking and it wreaked. I could hear every freaking pipe in the middle of the night. The TV did not work. The floor was sticky.

To me it was just as good as staying in a 4 star hotel.

I loved the staff! They were professional, courteous & very helpful with getting my 90 year old mother in & out of the car during the bad weather. They didn't have to do that but I appreciate that they did. The hotel in whole was clean & well maintained. The location was perfect for us. Close to the freeway, food, shopping & the hospital. I got way more than I expected, I will most definitely recommend this hotel & I will myself be back in the future.

The only thing I would have liked to have is a dust mop or a broom & dust pan. Other than that it was perfect!
