Went for a night to relax and it did not disappoint!

Overall impressions is positive

Hotel was clean and comfortable. While they had a full house the weekend we stayed, we still enjoyed it. The breakfast was good as well as the evening mixer from 5:30-7 pm. The extras clearly made up for the price of a cheaper hotel.

We had an unfortunate situation with an overly friendly security guard with our 11 year old daughter and her Cheerleading teammates. However, the hotel was quick with dealing with him and having him removed from the location.

Breakfast was wonderful. Very accomodating for our extra guest who only stayed one night. Clean property with well-maintained public spaces.

The front drive and drive-thru needed to be salted! It was snowy when we were there and the front of the hotel was slushy and muddy and slippery.

Outstanding experience in Cleveland

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful with delicious coffee. Although we did not eat dinner at the hotel, a free buffet was offered that included mashed potatoes, salad, mixed vegetables and meatballs. We did enjoy the complimentary cocktails and popcorn.

Very good, looking forward to returning

Loved the location; especially loved the happy hour, popcorn and appetizers. Appreciated the breakfast but would've preferred real eggs vs powdered. My room was very dusty and could've been cleaner. Pet friendly: the staff was great!

Loved everything except our bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well…there was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain when we got into the room and some of our bathroom towels had hairs on them….

I used to love all drury hotels. Was a gold key member for a long time. Probably will jot be a pick in the future

Area was new not ran down.

Hot tub was disgusting. Was way too hot. Had a brown substance in the bubbles. I asked what it was from the lady at desk acted surprised I asked. Pool was dirty... cloudy not very maintained. Breakfast in the morning. the guy setting it up told us @8:50 there would be more eggs sausage and gravy coming. Never came and he shut the doors at 9:15

The property itself was really clean. They have a lot of perks associated with Drury Inn.

The staff was off and on rude. Some members of the staff were very nice and polite. However, Management was terrible due to the fact that staff would be rude then management was even worse. We frequently travel and usually do not have issues with staff. In the past five years of regular traveling, we have never had confrontations with staff. Management was backing their rudeness without hearing our side. As we did little to nothing wrong to have anyone being rude, even over a misunderstanding. Almost ruined our experience staying at the hotel if I’m being truthful. I love drury inn but I will not stay at this location again due to select staff.
