Friendly staff, very nice room, clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was good.

Only thing was one of the elevators was down so the wait was long. At one point the line was so long we opted to take the stairs to our room on the fourth floor.

Great property with great, helpful staff!

Room was quiet, parking onsite and very available so I was actually able to warm up my car from my hotel room. Easy to find too so food deliveries could get to me fine!

Only 1 lift was working after about a week and a half of being there, not the end of the world but leaving/returning would sometimes take a while.

The best breakfast ! The woman who checked us in was amazin ! We greatly appreciated the 3pm check in and 12p check out ! The water bottles @ the front dest check in was sweet along with the apples in the lounge area and all day coffee and tea 💚 Very excited there was a hot tub by the swimming pool 💙 When I entered the room was pleasantly surprised to see a welcoming message with my name in it on my TV screen 💖

Beautiful hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was also spacious, great water pressure and they supplied all necessary toiletries, first hotel I ever stayed at that supplied mouthwash which I thought was cool. Gentlemen at the front desk were very professional at both check in and out. Pool and hot tub area were great and very clean. We had to check out before breakfast so I can't comment on that but the area looked very nice.

Clean, spacious, comfortable pet friendly stay with hospitable staff and convenient location.

The room was clean and comfortable, and really large for the price! The staff was incredible - especially the woman working the breakfast buffet, who grabbed my daughter a bowl of blueberries after the buffet had closed. It was so sweet and made my daughter so happy!

Fabulous staff great hotel

Our room ended up being double booked, and the staff was excellent in taking care of the problem. We had booked a two queen bedroom, but all that were available were suites with one bed and a pullout couch. We had four adults and an infant with us and upon seeing this, they comped us a room so we could each have a bed. Excellent customer service, realizing the issue was not our fault and making sure that we were made a hole. Would recommend to anyone looking at this hotel.

Pleasant stay in a nice area

The location has a good access from highway and provides a convenient parking space. There’s a mall nearby with stores and restaurants. The area looks well. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast. Nothing special but exactly what you may expect from a nice hotel. We enjoyed it. Coffee, tea, and a water station are available in the lobby. The reception staff were super nice and shared some advice about the area.

Great Location for my activities while there.

Construction work left parking & hotel entrance difficult with no dedicated lobby and sometimes only 1 working elevator. The breakfast room was in desperate need of an upgrade. I assume that the dining/Breakfast room will be included in the hotel’s overall renovation work.

Mattresses and Pillows were uncomfortable. Jacuzzi was dirty. There was hair, bandaids and items that were not suppose to be in a jacuzzi.

Great hotel!

The check was a breeze! I messed up the date and unfortunately was charged for the one night I didn't stay but its ok. It was my fault. I called and got booked for the very next day. They was super friendly and easy. Pool and hot tub was awesome. Room was comfortable and awesome. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. we definitely will be coming back to this hotel. And it was quiet considering how many ppl were there.
