Location was good, facility was clean?
Body wash was empty not refilled had to go down to ask for more due to phone did not work . Night manager rude/ lack welcoming personality - made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Not with worlds but tone was as if he was bothered I askied questions upon check-in. Told another person in my group that breakfast did not come with the room so we paid for breakfast the next morning at another spot to find out breakfast was free.

The fridge wasn't cleaned out. Baseboard by the elevator was extremely loose.

Breakfast was simple but ok
It would have been nice to have better beds/pillows. Also a pool with hot tub would have been nice
