To many un chaperoned kids

It was nice clean and friendly

They had a ton of kids there running up and down the hallway all night. Knocking on my door to my room and kicking on the door that adjoins my room to there's. This happened theought the entire night until 530 am when I answered my door gun in hand. That finally made them aware that I had had enough. After multiple requests for them to stop

It was a very comfortable stay. Rooms were nice. Location was beautiful. Staff was polite.

It’s a beautiful quaint property, lovely location. Dinner was fabulous.

It did not have lunch and snacks facility. Turnaround service was only on demand. Coffee etc was not refilled daily in the room unless we asked for it

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay again

I was disappointed with how the hotel runs their breakfasts. For price paid the continental was very weak. There were additional charges if you wanted eggs, bacon, sausage...$14.95? Most hotels include this in there continental. Coffee was not kept up at the station, and I being a tea drinker, not coffee, had to ask for tea. The staff member running the breakfast was probably overwhelmed and seemed a bit snippy.

I would not pay for continental breakfast, $9.00...not worth it.

Great location. Very clean and modern.

Pool was not fun! A group of hockey people were being extremely loud and throwing balls in the pool area. Many kids were hit with the balls. Extremely rude and disrespectful. The hotel did nothing about the situation.

I spilled some water on carpet and soaked it up with white towel - the carpet was filthy - I was honestly shocked - I never expected the carpets to be so filthy. The toilet seat was so loose - I almost fell off it — I expected more for the cost of the room.
