I was signed up for a rewards program I didn't ask for. Now, I am being flooded with emails. I want to be deleted and don't want to be a rewards member. The toilet was way too low to the ground.

This was the best location for us, visiting child on south side with the most comfortable room.

The three most important things: very quiet, the very dark room, and the most comfortable mattress ever.

The breakfast was just okay. The floor in the bathroom had hair on the floor, and could the chrome fixtures need shining.

the thermostat in the room didn’t work and our room was either too hot or too cold. we were staying with other people, and their room was the same way. also the pool heater wasn’t on and there wasn’t heat in the pool room. The water was very cold. when you would get out you would freeze.

quiet location

The refrigerator in the room had leftover trash from another guess which made me think the room was not clean properly. The bathtub could have been clean better and the bed looked as if someone has slept on top of the comforter.

We had seven of us and was only given 2 towels no towels in the pool area. Had breakfast the next day and kids wanted to go swimming before we checked out but they closed the pool in the morning so had unhappy kids

my son got sick from the pool instead of using chlorine they used bleach instead had to take my son to the hospita hospital and he has rsv which is a virus and I told them know one helped or said nothing kept call for the manager manger which everytime I called the manger never there I very upset so I will be taken them to court

Each night there were people sitting on the ground outside the front door drinking adult beverages. It was a bad look for the hotel and we don’t know why the hotel allowed this to happen.

They need to do Maintenence on this place, fix door locks and elevator

The room keys did not work and had not worked for 18 days so you had to get someone from the front desk to let you in your room every time. It was horrible. Then the elevator was broken.

An overall comfortable and newly constructed hotel

Feels like a newly built hotel. Rooms have a new design that is very functional. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options and the breakfast area had great seating.

Shower supplies like soap and shampoo dispensers are not refilled between stays. Two of our containers were empty. The power strip on the nightstand was not connected properly so none of the outlets worked. There was also a kids baseball team staying there at the same time. We checked in around 10pm and the parents and kids from the team were having a loud pizza party in the main lobby. Kids were also running and screaming in the halls on all floors of the hotel all night. It would have been nice if staff enforced quiet hours.
