First staying at your location and I must say room 2205 was a amazing experience for a room for a couple of nights for a getaway for me and my wife for Valentine’s Day even know I had to work and she had to work as well enjoy our little time there.

Room was spotless and staff on their game. The only suggestion we have is to provide scooters on site for those who need them. We were unaware until check in that they had to be reserved in advance. It was our first trip there and living in northeast Ohio with access to about 5 different casinos, we will definitely visit again.

Most loved aspect was the shower - one of the all time Best hotels showers ever. Parking was great with a huge lot. Staff was friendly and helpful in every encounter. Food was delicious. I would drive farther and go out of my way to stay here. Excellent stay.

The room was fine. But amenities are sadly lacking during the week in December. The Hotels.com listing is very misleading. "3 hot tubs on site" - false. The hot tubs are all outdoors, along with the pool. All are closed more than half the year. "Buffet restaurant" - false. It's only open Thursday to Monday. "Cooked-to-order breakfast available, Served daily from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM" - false. Only one restaurant is open Tues-Wed. The one restaurant that is open is billed as "casino fast food" and serves stuff in plastic packages. They refused to serve me breakfast at 11:01 am, even though I was standing behind another customer who got breakfast. Also, there is no room service Tues-Wed.That's right, this is a "pleasure" stay with fewer food amenities than a Motel 6 with cookies in the lobby. Better pack a lunch. You can find some of this accurate info in the fine print when you go looking for it. But why would you look for it, when you've already seen the contradicting, misleading info on the main listing page?

It was my first time staying at four winds and it was awesome. The atmosphere is great, the staff was very friendly and professional, we went to a couple of the restaurants bars and played at the slots.And it was all around just a great time. The room was awesome very clean, very comfortable. I will gladly be staying here again

This is the place to book! Absolutely stunning, clean, cozy and welcoming all into one. I had no clue when I got there it would be this gorgeous resort. It was so clean you could have eaten off of the floor. The staff are SO SWEET. Dee was amazing and the other girl on night shift with the really pretty unique name with curly hair. I wrote a survey two days ago and before I checked out, Dee thanked me up and down to acknowledge me. I mean, just incredible staff and the food is awesome. We even got to see live music on thursday and the buffet was SO FRESH! I will be back time and time again!!!

Listen… I booked this as a cyber Monday deal for work. Never been to Indiana and went out on a limb trying this place. It’s absolutely impeccable, spotless and the staff and cleanliness are top tier. I travel all over the invited states for work and this place is absolutely a breath of fresh air. I am actually staying until Dec 5th but I am 100% coming back in the future and telling family and friends about this place. I also really really really need to shout out the front desk girls who work night shift. DEE & the other woman was a light skin woman with super kinky curly hair (I am so sorry I didn’t think to look at the name tag) but she was so kind and pleasant. They helped me get my reservation fixed and they were so classy and sweet and genuine. Both had such great sense of humors and that was just such a nice welcome from start to finish. THANK YOU LADIES FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!!!

The hotel, staff and room were amazing. Our only complaint would be that there was an event going on in the restaurant that night and it was so loud we could hear the entertainer/DJ/announcer and music well after 1:30 a.m. the restaurant was on the 3rd floor and we were on the 8th.
