Tracy was amazing and super helpful at checking with the questions my partner and I had. she took the time to explain the jet tub to us and really made us feel like we were able to trouble her for anything without being an inconvenience. Would definitely stay again just for the great service!

We always stay at this hotel when we come to town to visit family. We love the comfy bed, roomy suite & hot breakfast. The staff has always been very friendly & helpful to us. There are plenty of stores & shopping close by.

The first night I checked in the toilet didn't flush and almost overflowed. My brother-in-law in the next room had to go downstairs at midnight and get a plunger to fix the toilet himself. Besides that, the toilet would fill up and run every few minutes. I reported it to the desk the next morning and was told the maintenance guy was off till Tuesday. That was Wednesday. They said they would try to get a plumber to come in. I was gone most of the day Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the toilet was still running. Finally, when I got back to the room on Saturday night, I noticed the toilet was not running. The desk employees were very nice, but it should not have taken that long to fix my toilet. Also, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower and had to call down to the front desk. They told me the next day that they keep a faucet at the desk to show people how to turn on the shower. They never told us how it works when we checked in. The problems with the plumbing were frustrating. The breakfast was good and I especially enjoyed the free omelets on the weekend. Everyone was very friendly, especially Lynda at the front desk. The rooms were nice and spacious.

Nice property…a little out of the way for my meeting location. Very clean, staff was courteous except one early morning server at the buffet who complained loudly about working conditions. Morning Buffet was not great.

Hot tub is not hot. So overall the hotel was great. The staff was nice and everything seemed very clean. The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was also good and had a decent selection of items. However, we booked that particular hotel specifically because it had a hot tub and we wanted to utilize it for therapeutic reasons. Unfortunately, it was really, really not hot. Like, I've never been in a colder hot tub in my life. I'm not even someone that takes scalding hot showers or anything, so trust me when I say that it was barely warm. We could put our hands over the jets and literally feel cold water. When we asked the staff about it, assuming it was maybe broken or it had gotten turned down, we were told that they kept it that cold on purpose. So yeah, we were pretty bummed about that. Additionally, the toilet in our room had to have the handle held down to flush and the bathroom door didn't lock well. But those were things we could live with. Overall, if you're planning on utilizing the hot tub, I would look elsewhere, but if not, it's a decently nice, clean, and safe hotel.

The front desk ladies were great. Our room had ants all around and a silverfish bug in the bathtub, which gave me the icks our entire stay; so the cleanliness didn't meet our standards. The pool area is kept so hot and humid it takes your breath away, and because of that unfortunately my kids didn't get to swim as much. The food options were plentiful.

Front desk clerk seen me walk in and didn’t acknowledge I was there for an uncomfortable five minutes until she completed whatever was more important. Then was very rude saying she could help me at another computer. Then problem with room and over the phone she yelled “ I aints neva seen dat befoo! “ leave the ghetto language at home! You are working in hospitality industry and there are other choices next time!

We will never stay at a comfort suites again. We could smell weed and smoke seeping through the vents that awoke us from a dead sleep and the noise level kept us up both nights of our stay. Kids ran up and down the halls slamming doors all night and when I addressed this with staff, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Other guests were smoking weed right in front of the entrance so we had to take our small children to the side door to enter. Overall, terrible and would not recommend!

Wanted to pamper my feet after a long day, so booked here for the hot tub. Is a hot tub still a hot tub if the hot tub was not hot? Lukewarm at best. Cold air was blowing through the jets cooling the water.

Average hotel. Could use some TLC. It suited our purposes for a place to sleep near Potato Creek State Park. Carpets throughout hotel & stairwells were dirty and need more attention especially with so much breakfast food dropped everywhere. Also a lot of noise in the hallways.
