Loved the hotel, but probably won't stay here on my next trip. Not customer-friendly.
The facility was wonderful. Rooms very nice, hotel clean.
When we arrived a community event was taking place in the lobby and was so extremely loud that I could not even hear the person at the front desk that was checking me in and providing directions for parking. Tried to ask for clarification, but it was impossible to hear absolutely anything she was saying. We dropped our bags in the room (which was lovely!!) and when trying to leave hotel for dinner, this same group had the entire lobby area blocked while someone was making a presentation. We attempted to move through the group, but felt like we were imposing on someone elses party and not as if WE were the paying customer. I understand the need for local marketing, but not at the risk of the customers who have paid to stay at and use the facility amenities. Would have loved to have had a drink and played a few games in the lobby after we arrived. Perhaps a conference room would be more appropriate for this groups meeting.

The beds seemed lumpy and the counters where they keep the food was full of construction dust. They rent out their lobby so it was quite noisy. The conditioner and shower gel bottles were empty
