Nice location. Night Manager, Tim, was super kind. Room, beds, linens etc were all Marriott expected nice.

Had to pay for breakfast. Thought it was included. Had to pay for valet parking as the no pay parking required the car be moved by 8 AM. Could not control the AC. Had the manager in our room for 25 minutes trying to reset and get it working. There was no evening maintenance staff. Had to settle for super cold and tons of blankets as we did not want to pack everything and move rooms.

Nice. Near Century Center

Pool area old and small. Pool was freezing. Kids always look forward to swimming when we stay at a hotel, so this was very disappointing. Kids did not even want to swim because it was so cold.

Property was close to the location we were at. Very clean and staff were super nice. The food at the bistro was phenomenal.

The parking unfortunately was not ideal, if you are paying to stay at a hotel you should get parking for free at the hotel. For the price of that hotel I would think the beds would be more comfortable but that’s a personal opinion. The bistro could have been open sooner as well. The AC did not work appropriately so even though it was set for 67 it was extremely stuffy in the room.

It didn't meet our needs with two kids

It was in a good location and although they had no suites available, we had two rooms with two queens which were adequate. Front desk staff was good and said we could check out due to the pool not working

The pool was not working, there was no free breakfast and parking was high priced for South Bend. Valet parking was great with the speed they got our car and ran to meet the customer's needs.

Modern look. Cool couch in the room. Super friendly staff upon checkin.

Super rude staff in the morning. Woman at desk was reading a paper and acted like I was bothering her when I tried to ask a question. Requested an hour extra in the room since my partner wasn’t feeling good. She came across like a robot stating that was for members only. It made me hate the world we live in. Elevators were broken. Kids were running around everywhere. Room was hot despite trying to turn the AC down all the way. For $200 including tax it was not worth it. Plus South Bend and Indiana are just plain weird.

Most of the staff were friendly, particularly the night staff. I believe the manager was Jason and he was very nice and explained some of the discrepancies I experienced with the booking.

Less of a charge for parking. The TV HDMI cable disconnected periodically when moved on the articulated arm. No water in the room.

Nice location, and looked to be a newer hotel and updated.

Our first room had some mold inside the shower and our AC did not work so we had to grab all of our stuff and move to a different room at 2 AM. Was not compensated.

Clean and nice room but lacking in a few areas...

The room was clean and it was right across the street from the Century Center where we needed to be. Vallet parking was nice but expense.

The restaurant was closed the entire time and the bistro was under staffed and took over an hour to get a drink and food. I had to ask for a refund because we had to be at the event by a certain time and then suddenly my food was ready. Had to choke down our food and leave right away. The bistro even had to close due to being so far behind on orders and then couldn't remember who ordered what because they didn't give out the receipts. It was very unorganized and inconvenient.

Drove far. Looking for comfort and ease to get ready in the morning and was very disappointed

I had a 7 am meeting I ordered a coffee which wasn’t ready and then the sandwich was not ready. When she tried to ring it up it would not take my credit card.

I had no hot water in my room they had other rooms but gave me a room without hot water. They knew it had been worked on that whole week before so why they gave me a room on the 5th floor was mind blowing. That was the floor they were working on. I drove 5 hours to get there and went to bed early. When I woke up I had to go to my meeting wo taking a shower.

The hotel is right on the main street down town which is fine. There was AlOT of traffic all night which kept my husband awake. That isn't a big deal, just something we didn't think about when booking the hotel and it was my husband's only complaint. Nothing against the hotel whataoever
