Location
Breakfast those included with our reservation. Was confusing and no one really knew what we could get and it took forever to order. The entire bistro itself was very slow.

Nice location. Night Manager, Tim, was super kind. Room, beds, linens etc were all Marriott expected nice.
Had to pay for breakfast. Thought it was included. Had to pay for valet parking as the no pay parking required the car be moved by 8 AM. Could not control the AC. Had the manager in our room for 25 minutes trying to reset and get it working. There was no evening maintenance staff. Had to settle for super cold and tons of blankets as we did not want to pack everything and move rooms.

Nice. Near Century Center
Pool area old and small. Pool was freezing. Kids always look forward to swimming when we stay at a hotel, so this was very disappointing. Kids did not even want to swim because it was so cold.

Some small personal issues but would 100% stay again.
Property was close to the location we were at. Very clean and staff were super nice. The food at the bistro was phenomenal.
The parking unfortunately was not ideal, if you are paying to stay at a hotel you should get parking for free at the hotel. For the price of that hotel I would think the beds would be more comfortable but that’s a personal opinion. The bistro could have been open sooner as well. The AC did not work appropriately so even though it was set for 67 it was extremely stuffy in the room.

It didn't meet our needs with two kids
It was in a good location and although they had no suites available, we had two rooms with two queens which were adequate. Front desk staff was good and said we could check out due to the pool not working
The pool was not working, there was no free breakfast and parking was high priced for South Bend. Valet parking was great with the speed they got our car and ran to meet the customer's needs.
