A few hundred dollars to plow and salt a park looting is much cheaper than a litigation lawsuit costing tens of thousand

The hotel was clean and my room was nice. Staff was great. But the parking lot in winter…

The parking lot is a hot mess. I realize that SB got a lot of snow, but there is no reason why the lot was barely plowed. What should have been spots to park in couldn’t be used because the snow was to deep and a vehicle would have gotten stuck.

It was fair for a 1 night stay. If I had to stay more nights, I would have looked into another hotel

Breakfast was good, the room was spacious but that really is about it.

The bathtub was old and rusty. The front desk worker was not inviting or pleasant.

We would stay at holiday inn again.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the pool was a little cold, and the fitness room was nice and clean.

There was a large group using the party room and they were very loud and when we were using the pool some of the guests came in the pool and were very disruptive, they were using the lifeguard rings as pool toys.

Was in town for my cousins very unexpected funeral disappointed that didn’t have accessible room.

Staff was pleasant and good location. Liked that breakfast was available.

Reserved a disabled room and was not issued one. Very difficult in the room. Toilet was Very low not easy to reach to soap. Breakfast times close too early on the weekend.

Our room was occupied by someone who didn’t pay for it.

Made reservation for the largest room in the hotel (family of 5). After getting our keys, we go to our room to find it occupied. Checking with the front desk, they find that a guy who paid for a room with a single queen bed was in our room with two king beds. They had no where else to put us. We called Booking.com and they worked the cancellation with the property. Honestly, probably not gonna use Booking.com again or ever book a stay at that property.

After checkin issue it was good

It was quiet and clean

At checkin the guy charge the $50 damage fee to 2 different credit card. The guy claim the first card was rejected but later I checked my card transactions and the $50 fee showed up on my card. So the $50 fee was charged twice on 2 different cards. Not happy!

Nice overall and quiet. Staff was SUBERB! We got to our room and there was a terribly strong odor. My wife went back to the front desk and the young man help her immediately and had a new room within minutes

Fine, busy street , plenty of restaurants in area.

The staff was exceptional

Booked a room with a pull out couch for our daughter unfortunately the mechanism of the couch broken so it couldn't be. The key card machine wasn't working so the staff had to let us into our room they were nice enough to upgrade us into a nicer room at no charge

Pleasant

The breakfast was decent but there was a miscommunication about the timing. I was luckily in time for it, but a number of guests missed out as they were told it would be served till a later time. It closed earlier and so a number of people were disappointed at eh weekend. Mainly families.

Half the staff were pleasant and half were miserable for no apparent reason(reception). The cleaning staff were friendly. The kitchen staff were angry.

Would stay there if in that town again

Stopped there for just one night on our way home because we were caught in a bad storm. Hotel was clean and the staff was nice. If you are a Notre Dame fan, the hotel is close to the University!
