It wasn't worth the money I spent

The bed was comfortable. The TV was nice. And the water was hot.

The heater in the room didn't work. The room was dirty and the base trim was falling off. The front desk lady wasn't the friendliness and they kept my deposit and I didn't smoke or leave room trashed and also It said the deposit was included in the 82.00 dallors and it wasn't.

Good place to rest for quick trip

Location and room. Staff very friendly and attentive

Shower needed attention the safety bar coming off. Towels were cheap and thin but clean. Breakfast subpar - need better quality sausage and eggs and more than white bread.

The hotel is what you expect of a Quality Inn. Not glamorous, but it did the trick. Short commute to ND Campus.

I wouldn’t stay there again.

The lobby was clean. I was given a bottle of water at check in. There was plenty of space outside to walk my dogs.

There are signs everywhere stating that it is a non smoking facility but I could smell cigarette smoke in the entrances to the side and back of the building. You have to hold your breath when you go through the double entrance doors. There was also an extremely strong smell of marijuana at the end of the back of the hall that I was in. The room appeared clean at first but the bathroom was dirty with a moldy shower curtain and dirt and debris on the floor behind the bathroom door. I was charged $30 per dog, while the Wyndham that I stayed at the previous night only charged $15 total.

Their location and the price. Overall is was comfortable.

It had been updated some time in the past, but showed a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom should have all features updated, the tub, toilet, floors, walls, shower fixtures (was too low for my adult son as he is 6’1”. Also the sink area needs to be updated with new sink and fixtures and a new door going into the toilet/shower area. The lower part of the bathroom door was coming apart, the tub previously had some type of grip stripes to help you from slipping, most of them were worn off and looked bad.

Hotel room not worth $50 a night let alone $500 a night. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

There was nothing to like.

Breakfast was not good. Room, shower, floors were filthy and a number of things need fixed such as fire alarm (no alarm, wires hanging), wall around light switch (hole covered with duct tape).

Not as advertised. Expected a lot more from a girl that advised it was near Notre Dame

Nothing as advertised. Smelled of Fabreeze. Room was small. 2 beds but unable to walk between them. First floor room with no curtains, just a see through shade. Barn/laundry room sink outside of bathroom. Bugs. Did not feel safe. Front desk staff was not readily available..there was an old fashioned bell but had to be hit multiple times. She was also quite rude, speaking on her person phone.

It is close to the University campus. So location-wise it's fine. The rooms are not very big but clean and has most of the facilities.

Most of the staffs are rude and very bad mannered. They say breakfast time is till 9 am but food gets finished even at 8 am and they don't refill anything. If requested they'd start to argue that it is complimentary and you can't expect it to be there for the whole time mentioned as breakfast time. They also don't provide drinking water bottles, towels etc.

Bathrooms/shower very outdated. Should upgrade facilities. Feces on toilet paper holder in dining room restroom, management didn’t seem very concerned when brought to their attention. When arrived, smell of some kind of food wafting through the corridor. Not very pleasant.

Disappointed! Overcharged and Not Clean! Expected Better from Quality Inn!

Location near campus. Room was comfortable enough.

Overcharged for room! Had a non-refundable reservation at a set price and then charged different higher rate at check-in. Bait and switch not cool! Not listed in reservation conditions or fine print. Would have been charged lower rate had I not checked in at all. Tried to resolve with night desk clerk and online to no avail. Room bathroom not clean. Yellow and orange stains in tub very off-putting and could not use the shower because of that. Somebody needs to take a little more pride in cleaning and stick to terms of contract at this location.

The bed was comfortable.

The shower was so bad. Turned hot and cold several times whenever we showered. Asked for towels and maid seemed hesitant to give me 2 towels. Had to put out the ones I used. Couldnt take breakfast to our room. Internet was shotty.

Great price, and I only needed a night to get sleep. No shower or bath needed.

If I HAD wanted to take a shower or bath, the bottom of the tub was badly stained with adhesive strips peeled up and corrosion around the drain, and the drain plug was not placed properly. It didn't look like an appealing place for a shower or a bath.

It was quiet and the building smelt like fresh sheets right when I walked in

Rust in the tub was true. Also the initial sheets my bed was made with had a stain on them. Just because they are clean doesn't mean someone wants stained sheets. Especially for $100 a night

Utterly disgusting.

The room was much cleaner than expected given the horrendous state of everything else. This place is gross.

Unfriendly service, FILTHY breakfast room, FILTHY hallways, mislabeled coffee - I couldn't believe they are serving caffeinated coffee to people and calling it decaf. There were shoes and filth in the hallways, dead bugs in the room, and disgruntled signage all over the place. This hotel is a dump, don't go here unless it's a last resort.

The rooms are updated and were clean. The wifi was good and the ac worked well. Comfy beds.

Unfriendly staff - just didn’t smile or seem interested in being there or being helpful. There was constant movement of people in the parking lot well past 1 am - people coming and going - who were they?This didn’t feel safe. The breakfast was disappointing- watered down coffee, two pieces of stale bread left and tables left dirty after guests were done - there didn’t appear to be anyone monitoring the breakfast area. Fruit loops on the carpet upstairs hall were left unvacuumed from 9am one day until the next morning when we were checking out. We will never stay at this badly managed hotel again.

Adequate facilities and good price but definitely an economy hotel

Price was good. Staff was pleasant, polite, responsive. A/C in my room was good on hot day.

Hallways and lobby had poor A/C and were warm on hot day, active ceiling leak in our room, grounds were messy, side entrance not well maintained. A friend had to change rooms because A/C not working.
