Beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable.
I will definitely recommend it to my traveling friends.
Thank you, for making a travel trip, feel a little more at home in the best way, I needed that.
Label the cabinet with the trash bins, please, was a bit of a search.
The water heater could use a little help, I'm all for the benefits of a cool shower, but a good hot shower after being on the road would have been the icing on the cake.
Other than that, I had a simply awesome stay.

The host was very accommodating on our check in time, and was clear on the self-check in procedure. There was plenty of space for relaxing, and the full kitchen was a nice option, for a longer stay.
The television was difficult to maneuver, and had very few familiar channels, but it was a minor inconvenience.

The caretaker Cassandra was incredibly responsive and helpful in putting our bags in our room because we dropped them off early in the morning.
When booking I thought this was a bed and breakfast (i.e. an en-suite room in a house like any of the dozens of B&Bs we've stayed at in the past), but this was definitely not that. There was no bathroom in either of the 2 rooms and there was no breakfast. It was like renting a room only in a house and was definitely not suitable for a family of 4 due to the difficulty with the bathroom--you had to pack up your toiletries, towels, robe, etc and walk down the hall or downstairs to shower and then clean up after yourself and your kids each time--it was kind of miserable. And other than some tiny granola bars, there was no food whereas we had thought we would be getting a gourmet breakfast in the morning. Make sure that you are clear that this not a B&B. It is literally only a room in a house.
