Beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my traveling friends. Thank you, for making a travel trip, feel a little more at home in the best way, I needed that.

Label the cabinet with the trash bins, please, was a bit of a search. The water heater could use a little help, I'm all for the benefits of a cool shower, but a good hot shower after being on the road would have been the icing on the cake. Other than that, I had a simply awesome stay.

We were happy to find this room for a Notre Dame football weekend. It more than met our needs.

The host was very accommodating on our check in time, and was clear on the self-check in procedure. There was plenty of space for relaxing, and the full kitchen was a nice option, for a longer stay.

The television was difficult to maneuver, and had very few familiar channels, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Not a B&B, just a room in a house with a shared bathroom down the hall. Not recommended for a family

The caretaker Cassandra was incredibly responsive and helpful in putting our bags in our room because we dropped them off early in the morning.

When booking I thought this was a bed and breakfast (i.e. an en-suite room in a house like any of the dozens of B&Bs we've stayed at in the past), but this was definitely not that. There was no bathroom in either of the 2 rooms and there was no breakfast. It was like renting a room only in a house and was definitely not suitable for a family of 4 due to the difficulty with the bathroom--you had to pack up your toiletries, towels, robe, etc and walk down the hall or downstairs to shower and then clean up after yourself and your kids each time--it was kind of miserable. And other than some tiny granola bars, there was no food whereas we had thought we would be getting a gourmet breakfast in the morning. Make sure that you are clear that this not a B&B. It is literally only a room in a house.

Maybe I will get enough money from The Buckeyes to afford a ticket to go to the Game. Go Notre Dame

I helped myself to the coffee in the Kitchen. That was all I had for breakfast. I had breakfast at a restaurant in South Bend.

I wish Notre Dame would have WHOOPED The Buckeyes. All I got for graduating from Columbus State Community College was a shot at The Money in The Ohio State University Football Lottery. The Buckeyes do not pay when they lose. I will be going to Columbus to celebrate Columbus Day. Maybe I can go to The Game, and CHEER For PENN STATE. I really hope somebody WHOOPS The Buckeyes.

Comfortable, relaxing, cozy stay in a beautiful, clean space.

It is in a beautifully restored old home. I loved that the hosts kept the character of the space with details like leaving the old radiators, large windows, crown molding and leaded glass. It was immaculate. We reserved a room with a private bathroom. It was the size of a small apartment. Beautiful, roomy, and cozy. It was literally 2 min from the venue where my daughter and her friend were attending an event. I was able to get comfy, relax and work on some business things while they were out. There was also plenty of parking in the back of the property. The hosts were prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!!

GO FIGHTING IRISH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will book a room for the Ohio State/Notre Dame football game in September. It will cost over $400 to go to The Ohio State Game. I may want to stay for the Central Michigan Game it will only cost $51.00 to go to The CMU Game in South Bend.
