This recently renovated coach house provides an inexpensive alternative for football weekends. The 700 square-foot loft layout is perfect for a family of four or for two couples who don't want to drive home after a game. Enjoy the rustic charm: whitewashed shiplap walls, reclaimed barn wood, sliding barn door, steampipe fixtures, copper-sink kitchenette and full bath. Also has a mini-fridge, wifi and a large flat-screen TV to watch replays of the game. This former Studebaker building is one of a kind, lovingly renovated by the owner.
