It was exactly what I was expecting, clean and located close to the highway. Staff was wonderful.

Jessica, the front desk staff member, was Amazing. She was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE....The towels and wash clothes were dirty with permanent dirty stains. The sheets were disgusting. My bed had what appeared to be feces smeared all over. When I told them about it, an agent came to the room and agreed it was disgusting and moved our room. The next day, they told me it was chocolate from a previous guest, and the sheets should have been thrown away. But the housekeeping staff kept the sheets and reused them. When I asked for a refund, the answer was that only the manager can make that decision. I spoke with the GM, Sam, and he said he knew nothing about it when, in fact, the agent already told me he saw the text message she sent him. I have not heard from Manager Sam with any type of solution. To add insult to injury, my son's shoes were stolen by the housekeeper. WOW! I checked out the hotel 3 days early because they were rude, and the facility is nasty. I went to the Comfort Suites down the street, and they were wonderful. There are other good hotels in the area to choose from.

Perfect

Check in was so easy with the pre check in located 5 minutes form Notre Dame comfortable stay with very nice bathrooms, the pool was under maintenance but we were not going to use it anyway we were just in town for the night for a college hockey game

Super nice hotel minutes from ND and SMC!

Location is perfect- just off campus. Spotless and remodeled facility. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure. Nice continental-style breakfast with sausage and scrambled eggs. To top it off, as a member I was given the option to check out late free of charge. Great stay! Will definitely be staying again when we come to campus.

That shower 😍 that’s probably the BEST shower I’ve ever taken in a hotel!

There was a rather large gap between the door and the door frame that didn’t make me feel very safe. The walls were paper thin so there was really a lack of privacy.

I couldn't find the switch to turn off the headboard light! When I asked on checking out, I was told it was at the right side of the headboard. I was tired after a day of driving. I had looked around. Could the area of the switch be more obvious? I had breakfast around 8. The "hot" food was on a warming container. But what I put on my plate was cold.

My stay was very nice

The bacon 🥓 was good not greasy, waffles were amazing as well as the coffee. My daughter loved the bagel 🥯 choices and juice.. There were plenty to choose from and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay! We hope to go back one day!

The friendliness and helpful staff, we arrived later than expected the night we arrived - and called them and its was no problems - we were very thankful! It rained heavily the night we arrived so the roof over the entrance made us very happy! The locations was great for us and also the possibility to park the car. Great breakfast - lots to chose from. Great with gym and pool. Great to rent a room with one double bed and a sofa to sleep on for one more person, We were three persons a few days and then 2, so this room was perfect.

No proper communication from staff. Breakfast was supposed to be provided but we were not communicated that we were suppose to go out to get it. When we called we were told they don’t offer room service. But they didn’t tell us when we were checking in. We are very disappointed.
