The receptionists(male) were all very hospitable and were at your service

I am yet to recieve my refund as I didn’t stay for the rest of my nights but not refunded yet. At 643am people have already consumed and taken extra of the breakfast to their rooms. I talked to a lady sure is a supervisor about the empty trays but she did nothing till I just had to leave.

Would stay again.

Breakfast was good, everything we needed was there. The manager ,Crystal, was very very helpful and nice as could be. Would stay there again.

The toilet stopped up for no apparent reason. First my husband was given a plunger and. Then a new room. My car windshield was broken over night not sure how. Just cracked not smashed.

Not going back!

Check in was easy but they failed to tell us about the way rooms were cleaned/not cleaned. room was clean upon arrival.

Asked for room to be cleaned and it wasn´t when I questioned it, the front desk talked to someone who said it wasn´t her job and she wasn´t cleaning it! The exercise room was closed. There was a water heater in the lobby all weekend and guess what -- NO hot water to bath on one day! Breakfast was bare minimum.

It serves the porpoise in meddle of road trip on the way back home. Close to the highway, friendly personnel.

Not too clean. Carpet steins, room smells like mold, bathroom tub not too clean. Breakfast horrible, we ended just going somewhere else.

It was close to Notre Dame

This place is incredibly overpriced compared to how rundown it is. The staff was rude, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a weird smell in the room. I will never stay here again.

Water pressure in shower was horrible. It took forever to shower. Sink drain seemed clogged. Breakfast was not very appetizing. They had plastic flimsy coffee cups that were not stable styrofoam

Rooms esp bathroom felt less than clean. . Tubs looked dirty. No AC in main lobby or hallways. Hallway smelled liked smoke. TV remote didn’t work. Room next to us had people going in and out all night long like there was nefarious activity going on,

There was an elevator to my room on the third floor.

The room was very shabby. Dirty carpet, stained and torn window seat cushion cover. TV was old and nothing current except sports and some news. In the middle of the night discovered that the toilet did not flush. The plunger by the toilet (apparently placed there because this is an ongoing problem) did not work. I have stayed at other Wyndham facilities and found them pleasant and clean with working toilets and friendly staff. At times very noisy at night. Hard to sleep,

not well kept up a pair of someone’s underwear was left behind the door in the bathroom, the mirror was cracked from top to bottom and taped over, red stains on floor. wear and tear on the chairs and cushion by the window. heat/ac poor. elevator looked worn out and needs to be updated to make it seem like it’s safer. my room card didn’t work at outside door and had to go to main doors.
