We were visiting for a football game. Hotel is older but has been nicely renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues.

Breakfast regular continental, the staff had a pretty lackluster attitude overall, however we did notice that the young woman who checked us in appeared to be on shift for at least 20hrs. So maybe they were just tired. There were a bunch of large gnats in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed when we arrived were not clean. There were several spots that appeared to be urine and or semen all over the fitted sheet. I changed the sheets myself, which I would prefer to do it my self at that point. The bigger problem was the same young woman at check in, didn't seem like she knew where to get us any clean sheets for the bed. She first gave me a twin size saying "this is all I have back here" I guess she finally figured out where the laundry was, because when I came down to tell her again that I needed King size sheets. She had finally found them. Just to be clear in my review, the overall stay was okay, however the ownership/management of the hotel is clearly setting their staff up for failure. Only one person on front desk staff for over 20hours and only having a couple housekeepers for a busy game weekend is a recipe for disaster.

Our room was spacious and clean. It has obviously been renovated, recently. Bathroom was good, as well, with a separate toilet and shower room from the sink, which we both liked. Also, we liked the shower only instead of the tub/shower combination. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice room. Big freeser on the fridge to refreeze our ice packs. Bathroom was clean. Fold out sofa was tiny, maybe a twin siza and mattress was maybe 2 or 3 inches rhich you could feel every bar that it sat on.

The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not a lot of storage space for hanging clothes and if you wanted an iron and ironing board you had to ask for it, they were not included in the room. The main issue was no hot water, the first part of our stay. We checked in on a Friday and had no hot water Friday or Saturday. We did have hot water Sunday morning before we checked out. Asked for a partial credit for room charges at checkout and they indicated they would do something. Charges came through with no credits. Called and spoke with manager on Wednesday and she said they would get it corrected. Still have not seen any credits or heard back from them two days later.

The location was good for area colleges and shopping. Not too far from the airport. They are refurbishing,so the rooms are comfortable. I had no issues with the hotel. The front desk manager (supposedly) was rude and dressed in pajamas. look like she just wokw up. I checked out around 10am. She refused to provide a receipt at checkout. I wanted one because they held a deposit for incidentals.

One day refused to refill bfast even though there was 30mins left before it ends. Aircon turns off and on and does not maintain temperature. Receptionists are not very friendly, especially the morning personnel. Ice machine broken. And other equipment broken. For a 2-star its ok.

Newly renovated room added to our pleasant stay. Breakfast was pretty basic. Not much fresh fruit or alternative milk choices. Curtains for true blackout would be good.

The couches in the lobby were dirty and stained and the rooms felt wet there was so much moisture everywhere. I would never stay there again. There was a very distinct smell all over the hotel that smelled like mold/mildew and pee

I had no reservations and I called Expedia five times and no one answered. Finally I did chat and got help. Expedia never sent my reservation but Expedia did charge my credit card d for the full amount. Stood one hour in lobby for no reason. The hotel did not help and just hope I go away. Was already tired and had to wait for one hour because something went wrong and has nothing to do with me!

The neighborhood may look older commercial, but this hotel is nicely upgraded, clean, and so incredibly convenient for the several colleges just down the road. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

I checked out a day earlier than expected due to several issues. I understand the hotel was under construction but there was a dampness issue, wet carpet, crickets all through the night and a smell of urine in the room. To say I was disappointed was an understatement and checked out the day prior to scheduled.

The first room we were given in this nonsmoking property, reeked of the smell of smoke. The second room had such a damp feeling and smelled weird. Not fresh like the hotel’s that I’m accustomed to staying in. Other than that the room was clean, it just needed some updating. Like the paint was peeling off the door in the bathroom. The whole hotel could use updating but it isn’t a horrible place to stay, it’s just not to my standards. The front desk guy was really nice and changed out our first room without any issues. If you’re on a budget or only in town for a layover it’s ok I guess.
