Was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Walls had marks/dents. The blankets had black stuff all over them. Towels were rough, TV was mediocre at best. Will not stay here again.

Hotel was clean and well located. Towels were horrible, no pool etc. tv was in an awkward spot in the room. I am highly allergic to dogs and did not realize they allow dogs until I checked in. I would’ve never booked this hotel.

Went for a Notre Dame football game. The room had roaches. The front desk stated they had no rooms available to move us. So, after a night game in South Bend, we decided to drive back to Chicago at midnight rather than sleep in a dirty room with roaches. Nasty to say the least !!

Hotel was clean. Pillows left a lot to be desired. No soap in our room, and room was not cleaned or refreshed the first day there. Thin blanket on bed and had several cigarette burn holes in it.

The woman who checked us in was very nice. But after check in that first night we never saw another employee at front desk. Always unattended. The hotel was clean but it ends there. No soap / tissues / hair dryer / bath towels were like hand towels with black grease stains on them/ bed linens were horrible. I am not picky person but I did not look forward to going back to hotel to sleep each night we were there.

Came in from out of state for ND football game and went straight to the game and checked in later. Sadly the hotel had given out excessive amount of towels to people who had checked in prior to our arrival and we paid the same and only got hand towels for drying off purposes. The hotel was fine but extremely basic with almost hard cot like queen beds.

Since the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was a nightmare. The lady at the front desk sent us to three different rooms, and each time we found the room dirty, unkempt, and clearly not cleaned for new guests. This happened even though we arrived around 6:00 p.m. The fourth attempt, she gave us two single-bed rooms on the 1st & 3rd floors. The next day, when we returned at 11:00 p.m., I went to my room only to find that other people were already occupying it — and all my luggage had disappeared. After about an hour, my belongings were found dumped in a filthy storage room, scattered across the floor. I was humiliated beyond words. In tears, I collected my items and, around 12:45 a.m., finally went to sleep. Since we only had a single-bed room for myself and my two adult children, I had no choice but to sleep on the floor. To make matters worse, my children’s room had a non-working toilet. They reported it to the front desk in the morning before we left, and were assured it would be fixed, but it never was. That night and the next morning, whenever we needed to use the restroom, we had to chase the front desk attendant for about 10 minutes each time, just to unlock the only working bathroom available — located near the lobby. In total, we were moved to five different rooms, my luggage was misplaced, the toilet never worked, and three adults were crammed into one bed while I slept on the floor. We endured two nights of pure hell. This was by far the most traumatizing
