Absolutely terrible

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room in November. Checked in and immediately checked out after seeing a cockroach run up the wall after turning the lights on. I went downstairs and asked for a refund and was told the manager could only process refunds and it would be taken care of in the morning. It has now almost been 2 months since I requested a refund and that request hasn't been addressed.I have called motel 6 corporate as well as booking.com to receive my refund... they claim they are waiting for approval from the manager. The same one who was supposed to give me a refund the next morning. Any time I try to call the property myself the manager is never working. Ive called day and night time hours. No response. Very frustrating. If you are considering staying here I highly recommend going else where. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay in a cockrocach infested hotel.

I had to clean the room up before I could enjoy my night stay.

I like that it was close to what ever you wanted to eat.

Well the room was dirty and stunk. Soon as you walked in it smelled dirty. Dirt all over the floor, hair all over the toilet and the remote was missing the back of the battery casing. Over all just a dirty place.

Considering that I paid $2000 Canadian, for 2 rooms for 2 nights I'm extremely disappointed. No coffee maker. No microwave. No breakfast. Only one pump coffee carafe in lobby. No room safe. No do not disturb door hanger. No blow dryer in room. Bed is not a queen. Its a double. Mattresses are firm. Tv channels were fuzzzy. Pillows and bedding both horrendous. One thin blanket and the sheets were worn out. No cart for luggage at front desk. No washroom in the front lobby. Only vending machines with junk food and soft drinks.

Adequate place to stay on a football weekend

Room was immediately available, and clean. Facilities were adequate. Because it was a Notre Dame football weekend, cost was essentially twice which should have been; that being said, it still was cheaper than many others. I would return for another Notre Dame football weekend.

Being right next to top end fast food restaurants were a huge help, and not far from the gas station, plus they have vending machines, great WiFi connection, and cable , with very stable air conditioning/heating!

There’s not much to disagree with here, other than the prices could DEFINITELY be a little bit cheaper than it is, but other than that it’s pretty well in every category!

It had the feel of a dorm room. A queen bed with only 2 pillows. The description said there was a couch. It was more like a small booth at a table. Room decor was very dated. I didn’t stay I left and drove home

Room was bright and clean. The bed was comfortable. Generous on electrical outlets. I thought the "closet space" was a brilliant use of space. The fridge saw useful.

Based on the price for my room, there wasn't anything to not like. We have three small lap dogs that weigh nearly 80 lbs altogether. could they stay in the same room? I could understand about "big" dogs. Thank you

Great for short term stay

The property was very clean and seemed newer. I didn’t feel uncomfortable traveling alone as a young female at all. They had plenty of grass to walk my dog, and the rooms were clean and perfect for a short stay. Staff was friendly, and house keeping stopped by both days I was there. They have vending machines and ice machines too.

Bring your own pillow. The pillows are thin.

Shady people left in charge

The front desk clerk named Henry was following me and my wife around, real creepy guy. Made us really uncomfortable to stay there. Then the night clerk had a lot of shady people around, he told me his name was "geek", I grew up in a bad neighborhood and to me it seemed like he was selling dope or something. Kept being around back with weird people by the dumpster. We didn't feel safe at all. We barely slept and ended up leaving early, around 3am. And there was no wifi.

Staff, got kicked out early, even though i had paid extra money to be able to have late check out&early check in&free parking. The booking customer service told me i could stay till midnight!!!! Was on the phone with her for at least a total of 40 minutes.
