Our first time to try La Quinta and we are very disappointed.

Air conditioner makes a lot of noise that it bothers our sleep . Upon getting in the room, the ozone machine was left on and room smelled ozone . Ozone is not good for people with respiratory conditions. I started wheezing . Room should be aired after using Ozone .

The location was great. Close to work. Gas station and venues close by.

We got over charged. $140 for a $89 room. The first room we found roaches crawling on floor. Went downstairs to report it. We had to show them pictures for the staff to believe us. They moved us up one floor. Couldn’t sleep the rest of the night.

The location

The bathroom sink was in the hallway by the door outside of the bathroom. It was two guest and they gave one face towel. Upon asking for more I was told to call down the next morning because laundry wasn’t done. The next day of my stay I asked for my room to be cleaned I was told I needed to let them know the day before if I wanted my room cleaned. I then told him I check out tomorrow & this wasn’t told to me when i checked in.. he gave me a hard time but they did clean my room.

Bathroom way too small. Rust by sprinklers. People out in the parking lot at all hours making noise. Went to use the pool and was sweating as soon as we walked in, toooo hot. Water temp ok. Didn't care that a group was trying to fight other patrons, totally ignored. Tables were sticky

This is an over priced Motel 6. I didn't even have a roll of toilet paper available in my room. I had to call downstairs to ask for roll and then go get it myself. There's only 1 elevator which is inconvenient when multiple people are trying to use it. The bathroom was so small that I felt claustrophobic trying to use it.

As soon as I walked into the entryway of the hotel,it smelled horrible of Marijuana and that smell remained in the main lobby, the elevator all the hallways ,I noticed from when I was there 15 years ago, nothing is new,it looks run down . I would never go back there.

Not a good stay

The property is very quiet and Open which I like. Also comfortable when you need that sleep.

I had a not to good experience yesterday. Checking time came we arrived. To no one in the lobby or Boone by the desk I waited almost 30 min. Still no one. Finally someone came to help us. With no apologies or nothing Was not friendly at all. I do not think I will be going back

Room was comfortable. Staff was very professional and customer ready with services. Breakfast was a little lacking as they ran out of some condiments and items. They put eggs out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

My stay was the weirdest I’ve ever experienced.

It was a nice size room.

No carpet in room, could hear lots of outside noice, the fire alarm went off and we were out of our room for like 20 minutes.
