The receptionist was professional and helpful

The location was great. The most valuable is that it is connected to the convention center I did not use the restaurant facilities so so I cannot comment on that area. The room was clean.

I liked how if you were staying an extra day or two. They made sure that everything was alright. They came to the door and asked if we needed anything to resupply the room with. I've never had this from a hotel before.

I thought the weight room could've been a bit more. I was still able to get some good work in.

nothing two of the rooms were dirty upon entering. There were bugs in the bed, the bedding was wrinkles as if they were already been use.

THERE WAS SOME VISIBLE MOLD IN THE SHOWER . THE WINDOW CURTAINS WERE RIPPED THERE WAS PAINT PEELING FROM THE CEILING IN THE MAIN ROOM AND BATHROOM. HALLWAYS SMELLED ELEVATOR NOT WORKING THAT GREAT. ONE WAS OUT OF ORDER. EXPENSIVE . AC HAD A HARD TIME KEEPING THE ROOM COMFORTABLE BUT IT WAS A HOT WEEK OUTSIDE.

Great location to Tinley Park concert. Free parking. Restaurant on premises was good.

Price gouging. Completely ridiculous for not having a pool or hot tub. Raised prices on purpose for event weekends. $450 for a 2 queen room. Insane. Really nothing special for that super high price. Will most likely never stay again unless zero other choice.

Rude staff at the desk, ice machine did not work I had to go all the way to the 6th floor for ice, my room was on the 1st floor, no soap dish in bathroom, shower head had a hole in the hose

The hotel had a newish feel to it. It was clean. The onsite restaurant / lounge was a big plus. The included breakfast was good.

The elevator was being serviced and the signage indicating which elevators were useable was confusing. The service elevator that was offered as an option lurched on the way --up...kinda scary.

Nice hotel with scary elevator. It has been renovated so the rooms are good. No free breakfast but the one at the hotel offers a nice breakfast for relatively low cost (Toast, Coffee and Juice) for approx. $8.50 + tip.

The only thing not so good is the elevator, which was old and gave off strange noises.

Rooms were spacious and accommodating. They were able to get me and my friend handicap accessible room. Hotel staff was great.
