Clean, need to enforce No Parties,

Very clean, breakfast we just grab coffee but looked as expected with this level of hotel. Staff great. Was in ADA room and requested shower chair but continued to ask daily and received on end of 2nd day. Perhaps keep staff informed on where these item are stored?

Large sign on desk stated “No Parties”. The last day of our stay a large group of a cheer team arrived with parents. 12-16parents in lobby bringing in alcohol from cars and teens in elevator intermittently locking elevators to smoke marijuana. Our hallway was repeatedly filled with strong odor and loud teens We spoke to front desk on our arrival early evening but also called at 10:30 before the adults went their rooms.

Nice Clean Hotel

Nice clean place, the staff was friendly.

There are time slots for the pool. Was not able to utilize the pool or hot tube because there was so many kids on this day. Had I known about the pool times ahead of time I would have planned better. I was a little bit disappointed about that the hot tube was the reason for me picking this hotel.

Was told they only had a king bed, when I booked I requested 2 beds. Asked to be on the top floor, nothing available, this was all they had..The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in..Someone needs to change the mattress in 327 asap!

The windows in the room whistled half the night (later once wind got bad) It kept us up and had to report it so they could fix the issue for the next guests.

The best in Tinley park !

Zane, Jovan, Cruz, and Maria from the front desk were exceptional!! Also, I really love girls from the breakfast area, Maria and Crystal, I believe, are their names. So so nice. Clean hotel ! Good gym, excellent breakfast, great location. Close to the train station to go to Chicago! and also close to Oak Park Avenue, with bars and restaurants nearby! It was amazing! I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family!

We were there for a concert just like many others. They were ready for a big crowd - check-in was quick with no wait, and the room was prepared for us when we arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled check-in time.

Weekend concert day

The bed was very comfortable, and the location was safe. The manager Jovan was very nice! Love that there’s free parking and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the area.

The room was dirty and places that weren’t immediately visible, which was a little concerning. There was a male staff Saturday night that was dismissive of concerns that I tried to share and didn’t seem to care. There were people swearing, arguing loudly and screaming threats throughout the night on my floor, two separate incidents of different individuals. Management did try to come up and help, but it was difficult and I didn’t get much sleep during my weekend stay. It was very frustrating. The Wi-Fi was horrible!!! I could not stream anything the entire stay and there was nothing on the regular TV channels. It was very frustrating as watching TV and movies as a way that I relax and since I couldn’t get any sleep because of noise it was even more frustrating. I had to turn the Wi-Fi off on my phone to get my phone to even work. The phone could not cast to the TV because of the Wi-Fi issues. There were a lot of extra steps to try to get the phone to cast, which was also annoying and unnecessary. The staff were informed about the Wi-Fi, but there was nothing offered and no solutions or suggestions given. Given the amount for the room, it’s frustrating when things don’t work and staff don’t seem to wanna accommodate your needs. I was staying two nights and I only had one makeup wipe.

The place to Stay

This particular Wingate, we've stayed at several times. It's clean, cozy, good location, and the staff we come across are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is your average eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, bagels, etc. Nothing exceptional but it is good. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but from what we saw the pool area was well kept and others were enjoying a nice swim every day we were there. The rooms were nice size and clean. The bed was on the firm side for me, however, my husband loved it. The entrance is swept and clean. The waterfall decor as you walk in is very welcoming and a nice touch.

Great hotel for concert goers…

We stayed at Wingate by Wyndham for a nearby concert, and the location was perfect for that purpose. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms that made for a very relaxing stay. What really stood out was the staff—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Just a heads-up: the hotel isn’t close to any town or central amenities, so you’ll need a car or rely on public transport to get around. But if you're here for an event in the area, it’s a great choice!

I appreciated the cleanliness, peacefulness, and comfort of the hotel, and the staff.

Their breakfast food, coffee, teas, juices, and fruit infused water were always delicious, varied, and refilled! The staff was always pleasant and available to help!

It was better to be down for breakfast before it got a little crowded to find a seat. They did have several small tables that could be separate for two people, or combining them for a larger group.

Maria was AMAZING!!! My husband and I came town for a country concert and she was so friendly she welcomed us in with a smile on her face even though we slightly stumbled in she helped us find snacks and gave us a good laugh ill be coming back only because of her!
