Cleanliness convenient clean and the staff was great

My room the tub had problems and no matter how high I turned the heat up the vents were still blowing cold air but they did compensate me

Awful. Fighting to get credit back in being double charged.

It was fairly clean and the rooms were ok.

The pool was down for maintenance although nobody was doing anything to it. For 3 days. I was double charged for my stay which I’m currently disputing with my card company. I purposely booked for the pool since we were in town for a concert. Your fire alarm went off at 2 am for no reason

New, very nice looking hotel with poor maintenance, understaffed and frustrated, angry staff.

The hotel was new, clean and well decorated

The staff seemed frustrated to even be there and very unhelpful especially for breakfast where would not even take most peoples orders, bring coffee or get meal, instead on phone whole time. Check out shrugged about room problems and refused to pass on to maintenance. The guest room was clean but shower did not work, sink did not drain, no cups in room, someone intentionally short sheeted the bed to knee length, clock was set 24 minutes slow but could not be set without screwdriver.

Bed was terrible it was like someone took a truck and parked it on it and cause the center to fail. My wife and I rolled into each other as we sunk into the center of the mattress. Plus it was really lumpy. Window shade was broken so we lived in a cave could not get any daylight into room. Told the management, and all we got was "oh well have to let maintenance know about it. 405$ for 2 nights that I could have stayed down the street for half that not going back

Enjoyable

I loved the location of the facility and the options that they had for food. I liked the fact that they had an open bar and plenty of tables in the lobby to sit at. Also the area was safe!! Inside pool is a plus!

I didn't like the fact that this facility does not accept cash. I had a spending limit ony card and was thinking I could pay cash and they don't accept cash. Luckily I had a diff way of paying, but I didn't know they didn't accept cash. There is also a $50 deposit per each room that I didn't know about which wasn't a big deal and it takes 5-7 business days to fall off of your account. The bathroom does not have a vent, so after showering you will be a little chilly. Warm it up ahead of time in the room! House keeping comes around super early. Checkout time on email says 12, but the room tells u at 11. They do give you longer if needed, so that was good.

Excellent location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet room as requested. New hotel so it was super clean. Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Fire alarm went off by accident in the middle of the night. Interrupted my beauty sleep.
