It was ok. For 300.00 a night I expected a bit better.

Well upon getting settled in we encountered the fridge was not working. Made trip up to the front desk and Told them about it.. they brought one to replace it. The bathroom had no exhaust fan to expell the humidity from the shower. Toilet seat was very loose..

Dirty shower (moldy) and a staff member entered the room while my fiancé & I were in there to look for something from a past customer. They did not knock and we had to yell someone’s in here for them to not come further. This was around 10:30am on the day we were leaving, they should’ve double checked we either checked out or come around noon during checkout time.

Not impressed with the overall hotel due the condition. No AC in lobby area, and rooms were not cleaned.

The location was in a convenient area.

There was no showing product, the shower itself would not drain. The shower door would not stay closed, so we couldn’t shower without water going all over the floor. The hotel staff could not provide any of the shower products, nor was there a maintenance guy available. There was supposed to be a block of rooms for our family reunion for $179.00 a night , but when we went to book the hotel claimed Al of the blocked rooms were taken. However myself wife , and other family total only three rooms were apart of our blocked used for the for our group which were $378.00 a night. We had to reduce our stay down from two nights to one.

You don't get what you pay for!!

Common lobby area very nice! Front desk I believe his name was Prince very friendly. Breakfast host, tall gentleman, very hospitable and friendly.

We had an issue with our shower that was never resolved. We asked for help 3 times. This was a huge issue. . Room was more than we usually pay especially with breakfast not included. There umis no pool here. That was not made clear when we booked. Very disappointing!

Great location staying outside Chicago

Very nice with several gardens to relax, sits, eat or read in. Close to good restaurants and shops. Near freeway so easy to drive to downtown although still tack on an extra 30 min for bad traffic.

Disappointing and not up to Hilton standards.

The waitress for breakfast on Friday and Saturday and bar tender each evening were great and attentive.

Hall ways to rooms were dirty with used silver wear laying out from room service, Paper on floor, Pool dirty and not heated. Hot tub broken and roped off. Exercise rom limited then closed the next day and I had to walk to the hotel next door to use their facilities which they allowed. Will probably stay at that hotel the next time I am in the area. This hotel did not meet the expectations that I have for a Hilton property. Very disappointed.

My original reservation was changed, one suite and another 2 queen size bed room. They gave my suite to someone else who claimed they were my guests. considering that this guests had made a prior different reservation under her name. I lost my suite room and ended up with single king size bed and one 2 queen size bed room for my daugther and her 2 kids and had to pay more for the room.

The room window hasn't been cleaned in years. The refrigerator never worked. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Difficult to get cleaned towels. The food and service was awful.

All the staff was very nice friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant.

Old fashioned phone in my room. The message light blinking in the middle of the night and no one knowing how to turn it off. Get rid of the outdated phones in the rooms.
