I gave this place one more chance. From last year and I wish I didn’t. I only used it because my bay wanted to get I the pool for her birthday. However I won’t be back.

Last year it was clean this year It smelled like smoke as soon as you got in the hotel and the room had a very musty smell when you turned on the air and heat! I have been trying to get in contact with the front desk about it all weekend no one came To my room. I asked for clean towels and didn’t get them. There was no remote I called and went down to ask about one and still didn’t get one. Until I asked for a manager on Saturday afternoon.

Dirty, breakfast was horrible. Bugs in the room. Room carpet so bad we bought house shoes. Ran out of shampoo and body wash on a two night stay. $100 BS deposit. No service but ever three days. Bad were bad and pillows as well.

The only concern is the damage fee that we had to pay that was mandatory before we were to get our keys to the rooms we paid for, a week prior to our stay. Even tho, everything. went smoothly after that, financially, that was something we weren't prepared for. That should be included in the stay as well.

Breakfast food and dinette operator was very nice.

Staff was non-accommodating in what seemed like trivial matters.. Had a hard time bringing in necessary items into room before the family arrived on day of arrival. Towels,, for a family of five, that means for room and pool, were scarce and constantly fought over with management and staff. Room cleaning was mediocre at best. Pool had some bad days as far as water quality.

The pool kept closing. I booked the rooms for a family reunion with lots of family that wanted to enjoy the pool. They did enjoy for a while but the staff said that a pump broke. They fixed it but it kept breaking. So disappointed!

The night front desk lady was very nice.

I was given a dirty room that had not been cleaned by housekeeping, there was dirty laundry in the hallway all weekend long, the hotel ran out of clean towels and there were ants crawling in my bed. It was disgusting and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was nice close to shops and restaurants.

I booked 3 rooms. 2 where 2 Queens suites and 1 2 queen room. When I checked in I was only given 1 2 queen suite and 2 double queen rooms. Luckily it fit everyone we had because someone couldn't make it. When a guess books a room give them what they paid for not what you want to give them. I even asked about it and they said they didn't have any more rollaway beds, but that wasn't what I paid for.

Returning customer, couple years apart in stays. Hotel needs new A/C unit in the worst way!

Location was good.

Stayed in room 110 on June 21st to 22nd, 2025 for a funeral. The room, when unlocked smelled like mildew and I turned AC on just to get room air to circulate. Room was humid and hot. Thinking humidity was from pool and outside was 95 degrees. So, woke up in middle of night to A/C still not bringing down temp to 68 degrees. It was still on 73 degrees. Left to do funeral and luncheon and when I got back my room was 78 degrees. Realized window was not shutting properly. Informed desk that window in room wouldn't close all the way and A/C was not working properly and front desk refused to move us to another room. Front Desk refused to move us when we informed them that room was humid and very hot and it was like walking on moist-wet floor. Basically, there was nothing front desk could do for us. We bought a fan for the night. Around 10 am on 6/22, maintenance decided to enter my room without knocking and I yelled ""can I help you""!! and they shut the door immediately. About 20 minutes later there was a knock-on door, maintenance was there to check window. Told him to come back after we have checked out. When we checked out at desk I was informed to call Monday 23rd and talk with manager. Will be doing that also. My family rented 4 different rooms, Room 107 King was fine, Room 136 2 Queen was ok, but not clean to standard since found a bottle cap and a sock from someone else. And my nephew had to be moved 2 times (first room woke up to ants on bed, second room didn't cool down). .

Nice little hotel with very wonderful staff. Very friendly helpful and pleasant. The lady working the morning breakfast was incredible. Location for where we were going was perfect. Hotel it self was in good shape and if we end up in Tinley Park again I would recommend this place as a good place to stay.

The lady at the front desk was not very welcoming at first and the night shift staff Armedo was very friendly and professional. Also they called my phone and reported loudness from our room and threatened to call the police. The kids were just running some but they had to sit down and be quiet so they didn’t call the police. They watch you like a hawk in the pool area too

Food was good and anyone who I talked to that worked there was very nice. Beds were comfy, room location was great to the pool and parking

The pool room was very cold and so was the water, didn’t feel warm until 7pm and closed at 8. Was also cold in the morning. Room door didn’t close had to go back and pull it, I’m glad I caught that. Also bathroom sink was super slow drain
