It was close to the venue I was going to. The lobby was nice , rooms were nice loved the kitchenettes. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. I loved the option to pick my own rooms thru the HH app.

The pictures on line are very misleading! They make the rooms and pool area look much much larger than they actually are. One of my rooms had a lot of dead space as soon as you walk in. I felt like the king suites sitting area was bigger than the double queen room. I don’t believe my heat worked in my room because it wouldn’t go over 75 degrees but blew cold the entire time. I slept in my sweater and leggings. The other room was a hot box though. You also can’t access the pool area without the staff unlocking the door. I realize they probably do that for safety but it is a inconvenience I’ve never had before and the pool windows can let anyone outside look right in.

The amount of space in the room and amenities like a large refrigerator, kitchenette, bedroom fan, USB/110v on the vanity lights, and dual coffee maker.

Shower temperature was tepid; there was no conditioner; you could hear every door slam by the staff/guests and everything happening in the gym...and it startled us every time - especially very early in the morning. Space in the room was great, but layout was awkward (tv had to be pulled out to actually view from bed; bathroom sink was next to bed with no door, so turning on the light illuminated the bedroom, and you could hear everything happening, since there was no door; no fan in bathroom). Also, throttling back basic internet bandwidth and charging for decent speed internet - poor form.

The area was nice and the hotel overall is nice

The bed was uncomfortable As well as the pillows. 4. Five guess they are only gave me a set of three towels for the room. When I ask for towels I was told I need to turn in the three set basically to receive three more. But it was 5 guests and a new.It was five guess so I didn't understand why did I have to give them tiles back in order to receive more for my other guests can shower. After. Being there overnight the next morning when I left I asked. Can they clean my room and put enough towels inside for 5 guests. They told. Me they will definitely be cleaning the room. But when I got back that evening no one had came and cleaned the room. Says no one had cleaned the room. I ask front desk. Can they switch me to another one. And of course. She told me she could not do that. And she would have manager to call me the next morning. Which never happened.. So my overall stay, I will give it a 6. With the amoun. of money I payed. The actions that I received from the hotel was unacceptable.

To start with- I contacted this hotel the day before my scheduled reservation and asked if I could check in a day early. They said they wouldn’t know until I came in that night. Monday night I come and they report they are fully booked. All well and fine since my check in date wasn’t until the following day. I asked for an early check in and they said to call in the morning. Tuesday morning comes and I call at 7:42AM. They reported at this time they cannot accommodate an early check in. Again, all fine. I get a call at 1:30PM that same afternoon from Susana, the operations manager telling me they couldn’t accommodate my reservation tonight, but can tomorrow and the rest of my stay (5nights was my original reservation). I was confused and asked if it was a joke. I sincerely thought I was being pranked because I have never heard of something like that. She said it’s an extended stay hotel and my room was still being reserved. UHHH WHAT?! She continued to repeat herself while I said I made this reservation months ago for my son’s baseball tournament. I live twelve hours away and have 5 children between the ages of 2 to 14. She apologized more and said she made a reservation for the sister hotel across the street. Uhhhh my exact words were ‘so you made a reservation at another hotel under my name that I didn’t approve or know anything about until right now’ she then asked if I wanted her to cancel it- ‘uhm yes… I didn’t make a reservation for your sister hotel and your committing fraud doing it without my permission. That hotel cannot accommodate my family. I have done my research for weeks prior to making a reservation at YOUR hotel’ I then demanded the next person up higher than her to speak to. I said I did not want customer service or a wait line with no real person answering. I want a direct number to the general manager of your hotel. If you cannot give that to me over the phone I will show up at the hotel to speak to someone who can. She then asked me to hold.

The room is more like a suite with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything clean and neat. The breakfast is good and you can choose between one-way utensils or reusable dishware which is something we highly appreciated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A particular thank you goes to Andrew at the front desk who has a great sense of humor and also helped us to get bathroom towels and amenities late in the evening. We definitively come back if were in the area again.
